Ambiente accogliente, moderno e pulito

Apartamento muy limpio, espacioso y bonito. Siempre encontramos aparcamiento fácil y en sus cercanías hay buenos restaurantes.

Nous avons fort apprécié le calme, la propreté et l’emplacement du logement. Marco est très sympathique, disponible, réactif et le fait qu’il parle français également nous a bien aidé ! 😊 De bons conseils pour les sorties également. Nous recommandons vivement !

We absolutely loved it here. This was a village holiday. View of the clock tower and duomo from our balcony, surrounded in mountains, blue skies and residential villas. At first wander, difficult to find what was on offer, but soon became familiar with the area to find a couple of great restaurants and a wonderful cafe. Marco, owner/manager was fantastic. Wonderful personality and very helpful. Beaches, a short drive, are fabulous. We actually don't want to leave, but booked ahead.

The apartment was very clean, cosy and well structured. Very well equipped, perfect for a family of four. Marco was always available. Free car parking nearby.

Electric panel went off twice during our stay and we didn't have much on, but we were able to get things back pretty quickly.

The apartment is really nice, cozy, spacious and well equipped. Marco is a great host, he guided and helped us during our stay with all our questions and needs. The beds are comfortable, it is clean everywhere and a sense of freshness persists in the building as it seems to have been recently renovated. The kitchen is furnished very well, so preparing food at home feels natural and you have everything you need in order to do it. If you choose the penthouse, the view from the terrace opens up very nicely over the city. You can also borrow an umbrella for the beach from Marco so that you don't have to buy one just for this stay.

The terrace is separated by a thin layer of material between the neighbors, it does a bad job at insulating sounds and protecting against unwanted glances. Taking a meal on the terrace felt like staying at the same table with the neighbors, which was a bit uncomfortable. As a consequence we were not able to fully enjoy the terrace and mostly ate inside. Also, if you are cooking you have to close all the windows, because if you don't - all the flies from the neighborhood will get inside, as they do at the slightest smell of food. Installing some windows nets would really help.

Everything was perfect. Well-equipped modern apartment, with a beautiful terrace and view. Close to shops, restaurants and lovely beaches. Marco was always very helpful and always responded in milliseconds to any request. If we ever go back to Sardinia then we would not hesitate to stay in the same place. 10/10
