Ligging is centraal en aardig personeel
Heel vies de haren lagen nog in de douche, de douche wasbak was kapot, de tegels waren bruin geworden en er was geen wc papier of handdoeken

El baño estaba sucio, olía a orines, el espejo tenía pelos pegados y debajo del lavatorio había agua empozada, que olía a orines. Pedí que lo limpiaran , supuestamente lo limpiaron pero el agua empozada debajo del lavatorio no lo limpiaron y olía terrible. La limpieza en general no me pareció bien.

Location and staff. Also clean. They do have a shuttle van option to GUA or Antigua that is affordable, though the ride is long ~4 hours.
Very noisy area in the night and morning. They do not accept credit cards. Make sure you pay prior or you will need to pay with local currency. No A/C nor fan.

Very friendly staff! Allowed us to check out late and leave our luggage whilst we explored. We then missed our boat to Panajachel and they let us stay an extra night with no hassle. Very comfy mattress, good wifi and super clean

They have a rooftop from where you will have an incredible view.

The staff are fantastic and very helpful, it’s a family run place and they are always there to help. Rooms are large too and stay nice and cool in the evenings.

Location is decent.
We didn't actually stay the night. We checked in and the room was damp, musty and maybe moldy. We found another place to stay and just lost the money in order to be more comfortable.

we always try to find something good, and the only thing we think that was good at this hotel was the view of the lake and the mountains.
the entrance is a hazard. there is construction in front and you have to go up broken steps and walk across wooden planks. then the room itself was moldy everywhere on the walls and the bathroom. the bed and sheets where very moist because of the humidity. the bathroom was dirty. no hot water. very little water in the shower. the next morning the water wasn’t working and once it did start working the water came out brown. glad we only had one night here. it was bad.

Beautiful view from the rooftop of the lake, SUCH kind people running the hospedaje, super friendly. The town of San Juan is also so friendly and welcoming.

Quite basic but fine. No shared kitchen, fridge in room or breakfast service which would have been helpful.

The friendliest staff, felt more like friends than anything, views are great from the rooftop. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again if the opportunity arises.

Super nice staff team, very helpful and welcoming. Booking announced a bathtub but there is none in there building so they upgraded me to a room with a better view because there was one free. They just started the place 3 months ago. Beautiful views from roof terrace.
Unfortunately I had mosquitos at night (entering from the bathroom window which is not protected maybe?) and the room wasn't fully cleaned but overall I was very happy. The city center was a bit noisy in the weekend but it was very manageable.

Nice place but requires a bit more attention and improvements. Room was quite big and bed comfortable. However it could be cleaner. Bed sheets were definitely clean but I wasn't sure about the extra blanket. Bathroom was missing shower curtain and everything was getting wet. I think this place has potential and the owners are really good people.

everything was great! the Staff is very nice, they even helped us with a tour contact so we could enjoy our stay more.
I would just recommend to put a curtain or something on the bathroom so the rest don’t get wet.
