Conveniently located, and perfectly appointed. Every detail was thought of. The most comfortable and stylish nights sleep ever. We loved our stay in the Poco suite and will definitely be back for another visit. Couldn’t recommend the Isla enough

Excellent room in an ideal position for us with a swimming pool that wasn't overused

The only problem we had was outside of the Isla's control, a fair was operating opposite the complex. so all that was in their control was great

Lovely design aesthetic, warm pool and nice details like coffee pods and slippers as well as a helpful book with info about nearby restaurants and beaches. Very comfy bed.

The shower overflows leaving the floor mat soaked. This is an issue seen in previous comments for a few years now. Would be good to address this by adding shower door or raising the divider on the floor. The water from the tap tasted heavily chlorinated / chemical. Unfortunately there was a pop up amusement park right in front of the accomodation which was so noisy from 6-10pm every night. I know this was mentioned in the website however it would have been good to have a discounted rate as this made it much less peaceful and quiet stay.

The design, so close to the beach, the facilities.

Tiny bit confused at first with no reception but got used to it quickly with self check in etc.

Very close to the beach & shops, room was clean and bed was comfy. Staff member available by phone & text was helpful.

Room door locks did not always work correctly and the wrong pin code was sent. No reception or breakfast available, limited car parking outside room.

It was so cute and stylish! They had thought of everything in the decor. The bed and pillows were so comfortable too. I love it.

Small shower leaks water over bathroom floor, beds way to soft for me.

The room was clean, the outside courtyard helped give extra room. The plunge pool is amazing. The location is wonderful, short walk to small shops & restaurant. Cantina room is helpful for extra plates & cutlery.

No staff onsite, except housekeeping. No one to ask for extra things like towels or coffee pods. Unfortunately we were in a disability access room and needed a mop or something to get rid of the water that flooded the bathroom after showers.

Water that was complimentary had already been opened and drank out of.

Ultra modern well presented and very spacious interior, great selection of complimentary teas, coffee and toiletries. Short 5 min drive to Batemans bay

The mattress was far too soft for me but that’s a personal preference

Beautifully styled rooms, love the colour palette and modern wooden features. Always a comfortable stay with lots of little luxuries most hotels never think of. Thank you :)

I have stayed here a few times now for work and can not fault it. I love the colour palette, the little touches as small as drip coffee bags (now my new fav) & the bed is super comfy.

Very nicely decorated and fitted out, to an attractive theme. Good soundproofing. Comfy bed.

No reception on site. Without it, it's hard to feel welcome (despite all the emails) and hard for Isla to have a personality or develop meaningful customer relationships.

Beautiful Mid Century Modern design. Excellent presentation, tech savvy and catered very well for seasoned travellers.

Echo focused, BUT, only one small bin and no opportunity to recycle, missing a microwave which is a staple in any room.

The room was lovely. Coffee machine was a bonus. Access to a microwave and shared kitchenette facilities was a good idea too.

I was given the wrong room number initially but a quick phone call fixed that.

The room was gorgeous; the bed was comfortable, and the room was beautifully appointed.

The room was a little small, not a lot of room for luggage.

Big room. Good location. Very quiet. Lovely courtyard. Just a really nice space.

The bathroom design is "modern" but that just means water gets everywhere. It dries quickly though.

clean, nice reno, comfortable bed, quiet at night at least, nice fittings, terrazzo tiles, nice shower, styling is trying hard to be palm springs, good size room, layout

have to fight for a deck chair around pool,enormous heavy rattling noisy pool gate, no where to eat close by, dude next door mowing and blowing all afternoon whilst trying to relax. beach is nice for a walk - thats it. emailed to ask for a late checkout and was going to be charged 50 on top for two extra hours. 410 for one night in a motel???? really? ahh no. also room was advertised at 330 which is steep already and than had 10 percent vat suddenly at checkout. later lookup same place same site, slightly lesser room advertised 284 with all charges inclusive. 363 vs 284 for a little garden bit. i think at most a room at this place should be 284. its nice and new sure, but certainly not the ritz. the business model has no customer service beyond auto vending machine help yourself setup. that saving on staff should pass down to compete with places that have all bells and whistles and dudes with silly hats on in the driveway, give people a fairer rate or at least a free late checkout

What a beautiful motel. From the gorgeous landscaping and frangipani flowers to the decicious coffee pods, fabulous shower, super comfy bed and pillows, lovely glassware, coffee machine, gorgeous toiletries, large bath sheets plus beach towels. Let's also not forget the beautiful colour palette and funky decor, the location close to the sea, yummy cafes etc. PLUS a fabulously landscaped, modern and stylish pool and outdoor/indoor pool room. I was so impressed!

I was disappointed that I had to leave.
