Alot, it was unbelievably grubby dirty, the place needed a deep clean, I found myself cleaning walls.. dust in abundance. Needs a new sofa as it dips in the middle very uncomfortable, and it needs a clean. Bedding in the twin bed room was dirty makeup on one of the pillow cases and bottom sheet it smelt unclean .. window broken in the front room. Houses smells when u walk in. it's not inviting. It's a shame as it could be nice. Could not get parked as someone was parked in the allocated space and no space outside. It's not worth the money it's a low-budget apartment. I can't describe how dirty this place is from the skirting boards to the light fittings.. the walls the doors the bedding... the fan in the bathroom is disgusting and green mold on the bath panel Very tired and needs a good freshen up a deep clean and updating. TV only offered Netflix as had no signal Dog poo everywhere, I understand it's not up to the property, but it actually had loads to the front of the house that had been there a while.. it should if been moved as people are paying a lot of money for a 1 night stay.. Just an awful experience should be £30 anight not £119 .. the toilets on the beach were cleaner

It was a home away from home! great location near the beach, very comfortable and cosy.

The bedrooms are big enough and have a good natural light.

It needs some maintenance and cleaning. Especially the kitchen. The mattresses need to be changed.

In a great location to get to the sea, the town & the Metro. Lovely coffee shops within 5 minutes walk. Really quiet street with no traffic noise. Flat had everything we needed for a short stay and was very comfortable.

Really easy to access the property. Very easy to find & in a nice, quiet area. Close to shops and facilities. The beach was only a couple of mins walk.

Can't think of anything they could do. The property was well stocked & we were provided with everything you could think off.

Very clean. Kitchen had everything. Lounge nice area to relax. Parking place big bonus. Own front door good to have.

Beds too soft for my liking. Bathroom small and cramped.

Location was very good. Quiet road. Parking space. Modern spacious flat. Electric charger nearby. Host was helpful and responsive.

The cleaner hadn't been very thorough. One or two things needed re-securing.

The apartment was in the residential part of town so lovely and quiet but not too far from the centre. Literally 5 mins from the seafront. The apartment was faultless and very comfortable felt like home from home. Would highly recommend it for a couple or family with 2 children. No private parking but plenty of room on the street outside so we never struggled to park.

Only thing we lacked was salt to put on our food. Other than that there was no thing that we didn't like. !!!!!!!!

The kitchen was not clean, the windows were open when we arrived so when we went out in the evening we closed them but then couldn’t reopen!? The shower was ok but if on the hot setting the water temperature was inconsistent however it was fine on the other setting.

This property was in the perfect location, being only a 5-10 to 10 min walk the beach, loads of bars and restaurants and the metro, by which you can quickly get to Tynemouth or Newcastle city centre. Although the property is advertised without parking, there was plenty of street parking right outside. The property was clean, well maintained and nicely decorated.
