Das Frühstück und selbst das nicht der 4 Sterne Komfort und der 90€ nicht wert. Viel zu teuer die Hälfte wäre angemessen.

Es ist alles in die Jahre gekommen, alles Renovierungs bedürftig. Wir hatten Zimmer Nr 1: Tapete lose, Bett Matratze auf ein gestellt. Bad noch funktionsfähig, Dusche ekelhaft (Schimmel).

Splendida accoglienza e struttura di charm.
Come indicato nel sito basta telefonare e arrivano nel giro di 10 minuti.
Struttura poco distante dalle varie attrazioni di Sintra che si possono raggiungere a piedi.
Posteggio libero sotto l'alloggio.
Buona colazione varia e fresca.
Ottimo consiglio per la cena
Era il giorno del compleanno di mio marito e ci hanno fatto avere in camera una bottiglia di vino e dei cioccolatini in omaggio
Arrivare a Sintra con l'auto può rivelarsi un'esperienza complicata ...ma non è colpa della struttura

chegamos para tomar café após um evento de Trail que teve na cidade, faltava 10 minutos para encerrar o café, e as funcionarias ainda trouxeram mais pães e café!!! sensacional :)

J'ai oublié la doudoune nike de mon fils dans le placard, j'ai envoyé un message quelques jours après et je n'ai pas eu de réponse. J'ai dû repartir en France sans le blouson.

I was a bit worried based on other reviews but at the end it all went well. The place is very nice and charming inside. The owner prepared an extra bed for us too and it was comfortable. It was just one night so a quick stay. Location is good as we came by car. We walked to Quinta de Regaleria with kids the next day. The Inn is at the spot where the 2 way road becomes a 1 way road. We came just after 6pm so stopped at a great free street parking just few meters before the inn (and it meant we could turn to the direction back the other afternoon when leaving and would not get stuck in the one way very slow and busy traffic (around 3pm). Breakfast was ok, only cold food but for one time ok. I don`t understand the 4 star rating compared to other places we visited but so be it, it was enough and sufficient for us. The reception is attended only when you previously call. The property advises 15 minutes ahead. But I advise more (30 min). Also make sure you check the number you call as their automatic message has an error in the number and the other one is not working (I searched for the correct number elsewhere and called, we told the owner, hopefully he will fix it). No air-conditioning but it was not necessary. Window at the road but not noisy, all good.

Lovely accommodations. Decor was warm and inviting! Pool and outdoor space was a nice plus! Great breakfast too! The breakfast staff kept everything full and clean. Highly recommend Charm Inn for a stay in Sintra.

Everything was good. The staff was pretty kind, the breakfast was delicious and the run, loved.
In the majority time there is no one at the hotel reception and in my point of view it's not good.

Like to stay at a very old apartment, good environment and breakfast, friendly staff. Location is good and access to attractions by around 20-30 minutes walking distance.

The building was lovely and in the style of the old city of Sintra. Squeaky doors, wooden floors and high ceilings. The breakfast and swimming pool were very nice.
Parking was on the street and it was very difficult to find a parking spot nearby.

the overall elegant while simultaneously tasteful atmosphere, the choices possibilities within a self service mode breakfast, the cosy open air swimming pool, the views, the location, the staff ready to be of assistance in any way they could. I stayed for a week and breakfast was always a most pleasant experience to start my day ❤️
there is nothing worth mentioning has a negative critic. I knew to expect a building with history, where the materials like a wooden floor make sounds, and that is part of the Charm from Charm Inn. I witnessed a young Women, also a Guest, being very critical towards a happy Child behaving like a happy joyful child, another Guest, that is saddening to witness, nevertheless, Human Beings are different and diverse and everyone is on their own Journey. So to each it’s Own.

the room was nice and clean. the property location is great a short walk to the town and also to other restaurants. the property is also very close to the trail if you choose to walk to the castles. great breakfast and friendly staff

The beds were narrow and I think I paid a little extra for the larger bed, but not too much of a worry. The shower was a bit clunky and leaked all over the floor

Good location and nice breakfast.
Room had an awful smell throughout our stay from when we first entered the room, likely coming from the shower drain. Mattress felt hollowed toward the middle and was very uncomfortable. Complementary coffee sachets were not provided (as is expected in this type of accommodation), only tea. Tea station (tray with kettle, cups, sugar and tea sachets) was placed on a bedside table making it difficult to use the bedside table for any other purpose.

Very lovely place and friendly manager. Very close to Pena Palace (but be prepared for those very steep hills!). Rooms are very large and great beds. Fantastic water pressure.

The hotel was quite nice which we recommend for the price. There is an enjoyable 15-minute hilly walk into the center of town.
The breakfast was just ok. But our primary complaint was the disagreeable smell in the bedroom and significantly in the bathroom which needs to be addressed.

The location is optimal to go uphill to the castles and a short walk to town center, breakfast had a very good variety of things to choose from and the decoration inside is also quite nice. Great attention from the staff too.

The hotel is a historic, old building that is part of the glorious city of Sintra. It is located on a hill with hundred-year-old trees. The hotel’s terrace has a shared swimming pool with towels and sun loungers. The hotel reception welcomed us and introduced us to the interesting history of the house. The walls of the breakfast room are hand-painted, giving the room a fabulous feel. Next to the hotel is a trail that rises up the hill overlooking the beautiful city of Sintra and the nearby castles. Breakfast, coffee, tea, cheese, ham, eggs, fruit, yoghurts, sweet buns, croissants and cake were served. Next to the guest house is a motorway that takes you to the city center in 15 minutes, with the city’s main attractions, several restaurants and souvenir shops nearby.
Right next to the hotel, 2 meters from it is a road which is actively used for cars. At first it seemed that a car would enter the house immediately :). I recommend that you warn the administration before driving, as there may be a moment that there will be no place for your diaper.

It was a good sized and very clean room for our family of four, and the hotel is a short walk from the historic centre. A good breakfast too, and we found a great restaurant about five minutes walk away.
Having stayed in an apartment in Lisbon, we had hoped for more of a warm and welcoming B&B-style stay. But communications was lacking/confused (possibly by me as much as them). Nobody was there to let us in for bag drop off (we waited 40 minutes for someone to arrive), and again nobody was there when we came to check in at 6pm (this time the wait was only a few minutes). We didn't see anyone at check out either, so I guess family/owners/staff are based elsewhere. It felt strangely more like an AirBnB than a B&B in that sense. So it did a perfectly functional, but I felt over-priced job.
