Overall, I wouldn't rent this place again. I felt like the pictures really didn't capture what the place looked like. The house is smaller than expected (cramped with 8 of us), the bedrooms are all on the same floor in the same corner, the airflow down there is poor so it's incredibly quiet, and the master bedroom got very hot. Moreover, the beds were disrespectfully uncomfortable - I injured my shoulder from sleeping on the master king. The location of the rental was good, for sure. The exterior was fun enough, easy access to the beach. There's also a sick wheelbarrow for lugging items to and from the beach.

Nice house with a fantastic pool and well-stocked kitchen. It is ideal for a single family with a few kids or two small families. It gets a little tight in the kitchen if more than one person is trying to prep food at same time. A bit of a walk to the beach but not bad and super convenient to stores and restaurants. Quiet lot with lots of space and a really nice pool that is big with lots of deck space.

This house was perfect our family. It had everything we could have asked for and more! We loved the pool, there were plenty of chairs. The porch was inviting and restful. The kitchen was completely stocked and the walk to the beach was short. We enjoyed the puzzles!

We couldn't have asked for a better house. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could want, but we did bring along our air fryer. The house was very clean bedrooms were nice and we fell in love with the pool! It was a little bit more distance from the beach then what we thought but the house and pool made up for that.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Nutmeger house. Its location was perfect for us - close to a small shopping area with great local coffee and bagels and mini golf! It was only a 5 min walk to the beach and the house has a sturdy great beach wagon, so hauling the chairs and umbrellas is not hard at all. The pool is perfect and you can even do laps in it! The house was very clean and had every practical item available - including an electric air pump which we very much appreciated. We would definitely come back to this house!

Beautiful rental! We had a wonderful time and the location to the beach was great. Tons of amenities and things to do within walking distance, and the pool was pristine. This house is perfect for our family. Spacious house, nice size bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen, Close to the beach and shopping, the pool and deck are great. This was our 4th year renting this home and we are looking forward to next year. The only downside is we can’t bring our dogs, but otherwise is a great house!

We love this house! It is perfect for our family. Love that they supply the sheets, make the beds & provide bath towels. So much less for us to pack! The location is perfect, quiet street, but yet very close to the grocery store & shops, and the walk to the beach is close and on a sidewalk, not in the middle of the street. The pool is very nice and the deck surrounding it is large and roomy. They have plenty of "nice" lounge chairs by the pool. As well as many pool toys for the kids. They provide enough beach chairs and a cart to take everything. We pretty much don't need to bring anything but our clothes because they have everything. Furnishings are very nice, the place is always clean and the kitchen has everything we need to cook. Our only suggestion would be to have a larger grill for cooking out. Otherwise is is perfect for us. We now book for the next year as we check out and begin counting down the days till we return.

This place is perfect for two families. Close to grocery store and restaurants and a very short walk to the beach. Beach is beautiful and sand is soft and easy to walk on. House had beach chairs and pool stuff to use. The pool is AWESOME!! Kitchen well stocked. Other houses I’ve stayed in we’ve had to bring certain things or buy them at the store to cook. This had everything we needed. The only thing I would recommend the owners to have would be a DVD player. Had movies to use but couldn’t find the player. We brought our amazon fire stick so it really didn’t matter to us. Definitely will stay here again.

Greetings from suburban Saratoga County. We were very pleased with this property. The close proximity to the beach and supermarket along with large pool shallow area and spacious decks tops it's merits. Tastefully decorated with plentiful amenities. The only minor criticism we might over would be the couches were abit worn and uncomfortable. Overall our stay was brilliant and would recommend the nutmeger.

The only downfall of this house was the sad little charcoal grill. Part of the beach is grilling out and this was not sufficient for the size of the house. The house was clean, well kept and the pool was perfect for the kids.

We had an awesome time staying in this rental. I had stayed here previously but this trip brought my boyfriend and our 6 kids. Plenty of space for all and the WIFI has been updated - faster and more users could be on at the same time. Pool was great. Little bit of a walk to the beach but not bad. A hot tub would make this rental perfect.
