The house was clean, organized, well-stocked, and had all the features we were looking for. Unfortunately it rained the whole weekend we stayed but there was still plenty to occupy us in the house, including hot tub, games, TV, and fellowship. (Though I’m sad we couldn’t utilize the beach access, canoe, or playground). Jason was very helpful and responded promptly. Great experience!

Absolutely wonderful place to stay with all the amenities you need. My family enjoyed our Christmas get together so much. Plenty of room for our large group and we would love to stay there again.

Everything about the house was perfect. It held all of the amenities that the children and the adults loved. The indoor and outdoor fireplaces, the hot tub, all the games downstairs, we played cards and use the Black chat table. It was such a great time. The host made sure that we were comfortable and communicated very directly and easily. We will definitely be back. It was such a beautiful vacation. Thank you for helping it to be great for us!

the property was fabulous, the location perfect and the owner Jason provided everything we could want and more. The kitchen was great for cooking, high end furniture, and a game room that's amazing. All of the little things-bedding, towels, etc were top-shelf. The family of deer in the front yard and sunsets were an added bonus.A great time was had by all!!!

This house was perfect for our stay with 4 different families with small children aged 1 - 6. There was plenty of space and activities in the house and around the property with the playground, lake, and trails just a few minutes walk from the house. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved spending time on the front porch in the rocking chairs looking at the lake and on the screened in porch with the TV and hot tub. We had a wonderful stay and will hopefully be able to visit again some day!

This was a perfect spot for our family of 16! We thoroughly enjoyed every bit of this home, location and area! The lake and park are literally a 2 min walk from the house. You can’t beat this steal! The lake was beautiful and perfect for swimming for the little ones, as well as fishing and kayaking. We rented a boat for the day (5 min down the road) and tubed out on the lake which was well worth it for our big family and then relaxed in the hot tub in the evenings. Our kids took full advantage of the game room and played lots of air hockey and ping pong late in the evenings. The grill works perfect too for evening bbq’s!
Spend some time on the porch in the evenings if you can! You’ll get some opportunities to see wildlife! We saw so many deer in the front yard at night while there.
Jason was an exceptional host! His home had pretty much everything you could ever need for a week stay. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, dishes, etc. You name it, he probably has it in the home. Highly recommend Jason and his home to anyone looking for a getaway!!

I have been staying with VRBO for roughly 20 years and without a doubt this home is the most thoroughly and comfortably equipped of any home I’ve ever rented. We were a large family with both seniors and children and the house suited us beautifully. The location was fabulous. It was a beautiful setting off the beaten path, but a very short walk to the lake. Our whole group enjoyed watching the deer each evening on the front lawn. We tended to spend the afternoons at the beach and enjoyed the mostly empty swimming area during the week. The kayaks were great and easy to transport to the lake.
We cooked dinners at the house, and it was wonderful to have EVERYTHING we needed to comfortably cook for a crowd.
The house was very clean and incredibly well stocked with everything we needed. The bedrooms were very roomy and the beds were quite comfortable. The bathrooms were fully stocked with plenty of plush towels.
The game room downstairs was perfect for our 6 kids. The bunk beds were great, and were upgraded versions since the photos.
Our entire group enjoyed hiking at Burgess Falls, which was an easy drive. Honestly, an absolutely fabulous stay. Communication with the owner was great and check in and check out were super easy.

As far as the location it was really nice. The house was beautiful and mostly clean but the window seal and blinds in the kitchen were far from clean. The window seal in the kitchen was dirty as well as the blinds. The stove top sure could have used a cleaning. There was cooked on food on the burners. I tried to clean it but didn’t have the proper cleaning product to clean it. Also there were cupcakes in the lazy Susan when we got there as well as empty cartons. We got to the property an hour early and just sat in the car. There were two women standing outside smoking. I know this sounds picky, but we paid a lot to stay in this property and wished the housekeepers would have been a little more conscious with cleaning especially in the kitchen. Would have loved to have access to a broom so I could have swept the kitchen. There were plenty of towels for baths and I did wash dishes towels. We had a large group so washed a lot of dishes. I hope my suggestions won’t prevent anyone from wanting to stay there because besides e kitchen needing a little extra attention, the property was a good fit for our family.

The rental was great. Everyone had plenty of space and were happy with the sleeping arrangements. The basement play area was very enjoyable. It’s off season so it was super quiet. It’s are great place to take off on a hike or just sit on the front porch and relax. Thanks so much for sharing you home.

Jason was a pleasure to deal with. The house was gorgeous! He left the Holoday Tree up and it was beautiful. The kitchen was ine of the best stocked I habe seen at a vacation rental. The parking was fantastic! And the beds, the bed were so comfortable that even if the rest of the house had not been amazing, it would have been worth a 5 star review just for those!

We loved our time at Jason’s place! It’s a perfect location for a family getaway with lots of great options for fun—hiking, playground, lake, etc. The house is fully stocked with everything you need, and Jason is a perfect host, keeping in touch and responding quickly to any requests. It was a great Thanksmas in Tennessee!

This was our family's pre-Thanksgiving trip as we're not able to get together on Thanksgiving Day. The property was as it was noted in the listing, and I call it a "perfect place". Kids and want to be kids (me) loved the game room and though it turned really cold, the fireplaces warmed us well. We hope to be able to book it in the summer as the loction is right on the lake,

There was ten of us and plenty of room for everyone. Our favorite thing to do was sit at nighttime on the back screened in patio. The patio has a wood burning fireplace and a flatscreen T.V. The property owners go out of their way to provide you with the things you need. There’s plenty of towels, coffee, toilet paper, trash bags, and etc. We were very pleased. It’s clean and the beds are comfortable. We can’t say enough good things about this place. We hope to rent it again real soon.

Spacious house with beautiful views. The owner of this property has thought of everything and left the house stocked with everything needed including firewood and propane for the grill. We had 6 guests and could have been comfortable with a lot more. We never even made it to the basement where there was plenty of extra room for more guests and games. We spent most of our time out on the screened porch with a fire going for the first day of fall. Very close the the hiking trail, playground, campground and beach. We had friends camping at the campground that had an easy walk to meet us for dinner. We will be back. Great property!

The property could not have been better for getting my family together to celebrate our parents 50th anniversary. Plenty of room for everyone.
The lake was easy to access and we enjoyed swimming and kayaking - everything we needed to enjoy the day at the lake was provided - chairs, life jackets, kayaks, etc. The kids (and the adults) enjoyed rounds of air hockey, ping pong, and video games.
We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

Everything was as presented on the listing. Plenty of room for 3 families with a total of 6 kids. The house was very clean and well maintained. Comfortable beds too!
We loved sitting on the large front porch in the morning while drinking our coffee and the side screened porch was perfect for night when it was as a little chilly. We enjoyed the hot tub and the fireplace. The close proximity of the park was great for our kids and they also loved the ping pong table, air hockey table, and arcade game in the basement!
Jason, the property owner, made check in and check out very easy and promptly responded to any questions we had for him.
We are already talking about renting this property again soon! Highly recommend

This is it!!
We’ve stayed all over CHL and this has been our most favorite property yet!! Excellent beds, super convenient to the ramp, marina and water. Plus, there’s plenty of space and amenities at the house, both inside and out.

We had a great time. Plenty of room for 14 people. Views are amazing and the owner was very accommodating. Everything was very clean and well stocked. Lots to do. We recommend The Dam restaurant had great food and good prices. Hurricane marina was very nice for boat rentals. Definitely would book again.

Perfect weekend getaway
This house was a great place to stay for the weekend. We had 12 people in the house and you couldn't tell it. Very spacious and plenty of room for everyone. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Great house! Bedrooms were large and beds are comfortable although a step to get in was helpful. Plenty of comfortable seating in the living areas (recliners are great for relaxing). Lots of fun games to play on the lowest level. Second level deck was great with rocking chairs and other seating. A screened -in porch with seating and a TV was great for being outside but still relaxing watching your favorite movie with no bug bites. The playground was great even for a 2 year old and there is even a sand beach in the marked swim area. The lake was very busy on Saturday-Monday of the Memorial weekend.
We would definitely use this rental again. Everyone enjoyed the weekend because of the great house! Great location easy to find with Jason's directions.
