Spacious. Clean. Workout room. Stocked coffee bar, snacks, portable fans, condiments in the fridge, laundry soap, 2 washing machines, 2 dryers, comfortable beds. Great communication with owners. We didn’t want to leave. Rented for myself, my parents and other family who flew in for our wedding. It was perfect where everyone had their own space but an opportunity to be together. Would definitely recommend. Neighborhood is not the best but once inside you’d never know it. 10!

We were in town for graduation. The house was large enough to host a graduation dinner with friends and family. Plenty of seating and space for everyone to spread out. The owners was very responsive and accommodating.

We meet up with a group a friends and their kids just to relax and hang out (6 adults and 8 kids). We had the best time and the place was perfect! We would definitely book again!

We did not end up staying here and were not given a refund so we decided others need to know before they stay. On arrival there is a lengthy phone call to walk you through the place. We discovered multiple beds without bedding., and when directed by owner where to look found none. We rented for 9 people, listing says up to 16. Owner asked why we needed the other bedding and we said so we can figure out where best to place parents near little ones and that having spent over $1100, for two nights, we should be able to pick our own sleeping places. The owner gave a long explanation of how people rent for less people and then have more. This was not what we were doing, in fact the first night we only had four. But the bigger issue is that nowhere on the website does it mention there being another building right behind the house to rent via “instant booking.” We did not know that we would then be sharing the property in close proximity to another person. When we brought my sister and her littles ones back that night there was an unmarked truck in the driveway. When we called the owner he said it was an “instant booking.” Jerry and Marjorie said that we had separate entrances and codes, but the other rented space was too close for comfort to the back door. There were multiple doors that could easily be left unlocked by a child and give access to the house. Because we had children and a single woman and had no idea who this man was, if he was safe, a pedophile, had a record, etc we decided against leaving my sister and her children there. Bottom line we would not have rented if we had known this was a possibility and at the time it was not stated on the vrbo rental description. We chose a vrbo for safety, comfort and privacy. The owner’s refused to refund or see any thing other then his way.

We had a large group, but with the way the house was laid out and the number of sleeping areas, we were able to maintain individual privacy yet also engage with the large family. The owners were very accommodating. I highly recommend.

This house was PERFECT for our out of town family and friends to come together and celebrate my brother and soon to be SIL! The inside was extremely cute and the perfect backdrop for pictures and hosting, plenty of beds for the whole family to stay, and the backyard offered a great space for us all to fit and hangout!i Definitely recommend and will be back when visiting Wichita! Excellent VRBO. Very spacious interior and exterior. Very well maintained. The owners pay attention to detail leaving out little things like snack bowls. The beds were super comfy. AC worked great during a very hot week. Definitely would recommend for any family looking for an excellent place to stay.

We very much enjoyed staying at this home. We appreciated the plentiful space and the personal touches from the hosts. They were great to work with. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, spices and coffee. They have made it very easy to move in and have a functional space to call home. Would happily stay here again.

We had seven ladies in Wichita to bowl. This home was perfect and could have had more ladies. It was easy to get to the bowling center from the house. It will be one of our go-to homes in the Wichita area.

It was my first experience using Vrbo and we happened to be the first reservation for this property via Vrbo, so it was a new experience for both me and property owner. A few hiccups along the way, but excellent communication back and forth got us through it perfectly. Jerry & Marjorie were totally great.
