This is such a great condo. It was very clean, had everything we could possiby need. A plus for us were the comfortable beds and a large screen tv. We saw dolphins and stingrays throughout the day. First day we checked in one of us opened the door to the balcony and another came in the door and the door slammed hard and would not open, We called Legacy and someone immediately answered and volunteered to come straight over but my husband was able to finally open usiing a butter knife. We were very careful when we went in and out and it did it one other time while we were being careful so be aware. It is absolutely wonderful for a large family.

We had 6 adults and a 5 day stay. The condo was clean, had plenty of room for everyone to stay comfortably. Corner unit and Beach front was great. Also having 2 sets of beach chairs was nice. I wish you would consider providing more than 2 trash bags, some dishsoap and more than 2 dishwasher pods. Additional toilet paper, towels/washcloths, pillow cases for the extra pillows, and some extra blankets. I would have given this 5 stars with just a few more of the above items. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely book again.

Spacious comfortable condo with an amazing view. We saw beautiful sunsets, dolphins and rays from out balcony every day.Pool area was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Beach was beautiful! FYI we could hear noise from other condos more than other places we've stayed at, so if you're a light sleeper bring a noise machine.

This vacation rental property was exactly what we needed. We had 10 people from the ages of 2-69 and we couldn't have been more satisfied. We even took our mom with us who requires an electric scooter/walker to get around. There were ramps for easy access, elevator access to every floor, ramps to the beach ( we rented a sand wheelchair and the legacy staff were super accommodating for drop off/pick up/storage) the doorways were wide and the showers had shower chairs to make all handicap needs met. We were there on a holiday weekend and when we had any questions or concerns they were easy to contact quick to respond. The facilities were clean and well managed and the property was beautiful. The only misleading thing I came across was the grill. In the picture they had big nice gas grills bit when we went to the grills they were charcoal (they did have charcoal on site and even lighter fluid in the pantry) however, we did not allow/plan for cooking on charcoal. Again, nothing major and it definitely would not keep me from coming back again. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS UNIT.

My extended family (17 of us!) rented two separate condos so we could get together to celebrate my 60th birthday. We used this condo as our gathering space for meals and games and such, and it worked out so well. The kids could watch movies in one room while we played in the dining room. The balcony had 10 chairs, so several of us could sit outside and watch people and dolphins. The condo comes with two umbrellas and four chairs through the beach service, and there were several boogie boards and tents in the closet for us to use. The condo was clean, comfortable, and fairly well-equipped, though we were glad we brought knives for cooking.

Our first impression upon entering the condo was Wow! Plenty of room with no bunk beds! Real full size beds was a plus with growing teenagers. To get the internet password please contact Legacy Vacations and not the owners. Our mistake however it was nice being unplugged. Real family time! This condo has lots of beach chairs, toys and we left 3 boogie boards!This condo meets all expectations. I have stayed at many different condos over the past 30 years and this is by far one of the best.The appliances are a bit hard to figure out and the patio door tracks need cleaned/Maintenance. Nothing is ever perfect but this Condo is in the top 99%. Book it and sit back in wonder on the spacious, plenty of furniture with breathtaking beachfront views. Loved it! Oour family of 9, six adults and three children loved the location to the beach and the pools were a bonus. We ate amy delicious meals in Fort Waltn beach and spending time enjoying the condo view and location to the beach, it was the best. Enjoyed out trip tremendously, just needed a little more sunshine.

Wonderful! The condo we stayed in was a corner 4 bed, 3 bath, with a huge balcony. Beautiful views from the living and the master bedroom. Our family included my older parents, our 2 adult daughters and their partners, and our 2 year old granddaughter. We had plenty of room and the condo was well stocked with pots and pans, dishes, etc. Wr were originally booking on Vrbo, but had an issue with the booking, so was contacted by Legacy Vacations, and they were so kind and helpful, we wound up booking directly through them, which is what I would recommend doing. Our flight was cancelled so we wound up having to drive from Missouri with a 2 year old. We wanted to drive through the night, so I asked legacy if we could possibly check in early, I was hoping for maybe noon at the latest. They text me at 8 am on Sunday morning letting me know it was ready to check in! Excellent, excellent customer service! I would definitely recommend booking through legacy vacations, so easy to communicate with, and they went above and beyond to accommodate our family!

We love this area for vacation and had a wonderful time . We had to do some cleaning when we got there but we didn’t let that take away from our trip. The owner was very nice and did refund our cleaning fee , but didn’t refund for the day we missed for cleaning on our vacation.

The view from this unit is spectacular. There is a rather large balcony with seating to enjoy the gulf. Located on the corner the side windows in the living area also show the coast line. This is so unusual as more often side windows are a view of another complex!
The beds were comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed for cooking and “dining in” if you wish with a large empty pantry for storage of your own personal items.
The property itself is well maintained and the outdoor spaces are beautifully landscaped. The pools, splash pad (fun for children) and hot tubs are pristine.
The beach is wide and spacious and the beach service was a nice plus!
The hosts are accessible and interested in their guests having a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
