Functionality of home fit our group of 4 couples, but we were all disappointed with the quality of the home based on the price. Some furnishings were drab and need of repair (broken drawers, jagged broken table top, torn cushions, stained bed cover). The windows were filthy. Many non-functioning lights. Broken window shade. Why does a house advertising a stay for 12 not have a single large fry pan? Not a single sharp knife but we did find a knife sharpener which helped. Advertised a beautiful waterfall feature in the pool but told it hasn't worked in 2 years! Each bedroom surrounding the pool area had a king bed and attached private bathroom which is why we chose this house, but for the price, we expected it to be better kept up.

We already thought we would enjoy the house from the listing, but we were blown away by the accommodations once we arrived. It is hard to know where to start....great kitchen, nice rooms, fabulous view and wonderful pool. Having the view with our morning coffee and champagne as the sun set were icing on the cake. Location is great as it is close to shopping, etc., but not too close as it is in a very quiet neighborhood. We had all age groups - from 7 months to 70+. It was great to all be together in this wonderful house. We had no issues and all amenities were as noted. Owner was very helpful and available if we needed anything or had questions.

This home was perfect. The rooms are set up like a motel. Each unit has space has its own bathroom and exterior corridor. The common areas are the backyard, pool area and kitchen. LOVED the views, the access to main roads and location to town. My only complaint, which isn't really the property owner's fault--bring bug repellent and be prepared for bug bites!

This property is perfect! A few minutes from town and from several awesome beaches. There is a hot tub and an amazing pool with unforgettable views. The rooms are set around the pool and each one has its own bathroom and shower, so our kids all felt like they had their own hotel rooms. This week couldn’t have gone better!

Was a great stay the house was all the ad said and a little more. Easy to find close to all we needed. Grown kids and little ones had a great time. The lay out worked for us and the pool was grea it was heated by the sun and it worked for us!! The master mattress needs some care maybe changed but it worked for us. We renewed our vows and every one asked us about our venue!! It was the back yard!! Loved it and we would or might stay there agian. Thank You Kahnn!!!

My family (grandparents, five grandkids, and parents) had a fantastic stay. There is plenty of space and beds. The views from the pool are amazing. Great sunset. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay for all 11 of us was phenomenal!! Communication with our host was quick and easy! The house was incredible! I love the set up- huge open kitchen, comfortable beds, very clean with 2 dryers (what a GREAT idea!!) in the large laundry room and 2 fridges! The pool is crystal clear and the sunsets are breathtaking! The hot tub was a great way to relax! Would definitely stay again!!

Absolutely beautiful!! Fantastic location in gorgeous hilly neighborhood, courtyard pool, beautiful kitchen, very comfortable rooms, stunning views of the ocean, unbeatable sunsets, within five minutes driving distance of beaches, shops, and restaurants. Very comfortable and wonderful fit for our multi-generational family!

Great location and perfect for family. Our only drawback was our younger Grandchildren were rooming right outside pool- we created a buffer if they had to use the bathroom at night. Otherwise awesome!

We had a group of 5 adults and 2 kids. This house had everything we wanted or needed for a great stay. Unfortunately, the beginning of the week was overcast with some rain which made the pool a little cool to swim but once the sun came out the pool warmed up nicely, so we were able to utilize it for most of our stay. We did take advantage of the hot tub every day.
It's very clean. We liked having the washer and 2 dryers.
It was great not having to worry about packing beach towels or beach supplies. So nice to be able to grab them and go to the beach.
I liked each room we used had its own bathroom and opened to the pool. The kitchen had everything we needed for when we decided to stay in and cook.
Khanh was great to work with and answered all our questions quickly. He even offered suggestions of things to do and places to go when he saw the weather was not going to be very sunny for a day or so. We appreciated the extra effort.
We liked that there's a common area for everyone to gather yet everyone has their own room for some privacy.
The beach was not too far from the house just a short drive. Great place to snorkel and swim for adults and kids. So many things to do near here. Great location.
The sunsets are just beautiful from here. We loved watching them while hanging by the pool in the evening.
We would definitely stay here again.

Great property with great views of the water. Main bedrooms are individual units with en-suites which were the best. Everything was very clean and household details were explained clearly. Easily accessible location. Wonderful time was had by our whole group.

overall it was a lovely property great view good location clean but, the waterfall feature was on a timer and came on only twice a day for one hour. We would have loved to have it for more. The pool is not heated so was cold. The pool guy was suppose to come on Thurs he came the first Thurs of our stay and left the key in the door with all our things inside, left not secure. We dont think he did anything as we put water in the pool twice while we there as stated in the rules for guests. We also put water in hot tub which was cold too but we were able to turn that up. We followed all the rules and there were alot. We would not stay here again, for the top doller price we felt it was a cheap experience.

The property was fantastic for our needs. We enjoyed it thoroughly. The only thing, I would have liked were more bath towels, but I didn't ask. So I can't complain on that one. Wonderful pool, great views, kitchen met our needs. Everything was as expected. I would definitely stay here again. The hill is steep to get to the property and driveway is too, but it allows for the wonderful views.

Excellent home to accommodate large family.
Bedrooms each with a bathroom (other than basement bedroom), living room, kitchen, backyard, pool area with ocean view allowed for large family (9 of us) to really enjoy our Hawaii experience! Pool was awesome along with every sunset from pool deck. Spa in backyard and gas grill was another nice amenity we used. 2 Fridges also (one in laundry room) .. need that extra fridge for beverages. Perfect home for that met all of our needs for a week long stay on the Big Island of Hawaii! Aloha!

A great stay
This property was perfect for our family. All the bedrooms lead out to the pool where there's also a large table for the family to gather and eat at. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. Shops with groceries etc. just down the road. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This is a perfect place to stay and vacation on the Big Island
The layout of the home is perfect for a large family getaway. Each bedroom has its own ensuite. The pool is great and the neighborhood is quiet. It is centrally located on the west side of the island which is great. Laundry is onsite and the owners provide everything you could need for the beach including towels, toys, chairs, umbrellas and even a cooler. Boogie boards arrived while we were there and my kids had a blast with them. I loved the fact that the kitchen had all of the appliances you could possibly need as well as condiments and spices and all the little things you forget to get at the grocery store. The backyard is beautiful and we even used it as our backdrop for a gorgeous family photo. The owners also had great communication throughout our stay and the home also had a communication board and labels everywhere to help you out. I would highly recommend this place especially for a extended family vacation.

A slice of paradise!
WOW! This was such a great experience for my family and I. We wanted a place large enough that could accommodate our group. We aren't much of partying people, so loved it was in a quiet neighborhood, has gorgeous views of the water. My entire group just loved how inviting the property was. Did I mention, cute? It really does scream cozy cottage but with ocean views. We would definitely rebook again.

More than what I expected
The location is amazing which was one of my favorite aspects. It's located in the middle of everything. Not far from the airport, beaches, supermarkets, and downtown. The house is absolutely clean, stylish, well equipped and comfortable. Pictures don't do it any justice on the wow factor but if you must, it is exactly the same if not better as shown in the pictures. Overall, the house made the whole trip more amazing and definitely would recommend.

Such a relaxing stay. All the amenities I could've asked for was available - a swimming pool, a hot tub, fully stocked kitchen, and televisions in every room. Would love to come back next time I visit Kona.

4 bedrooms, each with a complete bathroom has a separate entrance off the pool. Set up like pool view rooms at a hotel.
The master has the added bonus of a jetted tub, large open shower & tons of storage.
Kitchen has more than you should need to cook anything. Living area is comfortable. Hot tub is great for a relaxing soak & the pool was clean & refreshing in March when we were there.
Neighborhood is quiet. Ample parking but be aware it is on a steep hill, as is most of the residences on island
You can see tons of stars at night because it's nice & dark there. Beautiful sunsets from the pool deck.
We had a wonderful time sitting around the pool with a cocktail and a few beers discussing the day
I would rent this house again if I were in the area.
The owners checked in often by text. We did not have any problems but I am confident anything would have been handled quickly
