From the reservation online to checking out at the end of the weekend, everything was perfect! The listing was exactly as described and exceeded our expectations! The house has so much character with new updates and a nostalgic feel. Would highly recommend this property for its vibes, cleanliness, and location!

The house was real cute and had its own personality. We were 4 adults and there was plenty of room to gather and talk. Everything was clean and they had the biggest bath towels to use..very soft. Beds were also very comfortable and in good shape.The kitchen was well equipped and they had most of the essentials stocked for us to use. The outside was nice..no deck but plenty of room to sit and talk if you wanted to. The only thing was the acorns were falling from the trees, so you could have been whopped in the head...so we didn't use the outside too much. It's a nice quiet neighborhood, a lot of people walking and riding bikes. We would definitely go back if the opportunity arises. Josh the host was always available for questions and the information he provided in his guest book was very detailed...we used it for figuring out how the record player works...yes an actual record player..he had a great selection of artists.

Three of us stayed here for a long weekend. The house was clean, well appointed and larger than we expected from the pictures. Close to the beach and to the downtown Rehoboth. Once we had groceries, we didn't have to drive at all which was nice. I would definitely stay here again.

The house was exactly as advertised, clean and welcoming with lots of personality and charm. The owners have stocked it with well thought out accessories to support your stay, and its a short walk to everything you want to see and do.
Can't offer enough praise for the owner's communication, engagement, and reasonable flexibility. Josh was quickly responsive before during and after our stay, proactive and informative, and a joy to work with.
This is now our first choice accommodation on Rehoboth, hands down.

Had a great 3 night stay with 4 adults and 3 young kids. Plenty of space for all of us and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Furnishings were nice, house was clean and everything was well thought out - tons of bath towels, great big washer and dryer, outdoor shower. We would definitely stay here again. The only very small thing is we all wished there were blinds in the front living room window for increased privacy.

Great location, great house and very clean. Walkable to town, beach, and playgrounds. Easy communication with host... House was more than enough space for our small family with a toddler. We might invite the grandparents next time!

The owner clearly hit a home run with the comfort, decorations and amenities in this vacation home. I rented it for relatives who flew in from CA for a family reunion. Both parents and their 2 teenagers absolutely fell in love with the house. In fact, both teens remarked that I am now their favorite Aunt because they liked the house so much!

Wonderful, clean beach house with a great kitchen, lovely sun room, and excellent amenities. Very convenient to Rehoboth Avenue and the beach. Hosts were welcoming and helpful. A fantastic base for a fun week in Rehoboth!

This property had it all! Cleanliness, comfort and location. Josh was so easy to communicate with and I never seemed to be bother when reaching out. The neighborhood was within walking distance to Rehoboth Ave so you really did not need your car. You also have access to a lower key beach if you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk beach. Would highly recommend staying here

Lovely house. Thank you for having great towels, starter items ( dish/laundry detergent, hand soap, cleaning supplies, coffee filters) for our use. Short walk to boardwalk. Definitely will stay again.

Great place, great location, great hosts. House is very comfortable and very well equipped. We loved using the bikes to get around and listening to LPs on the record player. Easy and quick walk to downtown Rehoboth and beach. Will definitely stay again!

Our group of four stayed at the Sunny Moon Beach Shack for three nights in mid-April 2023. The house is as-described in the listing and photos. Clean, well-kept and cared for. The beds were all really comfortable and we enjoyed time lounging in the living room doing puzzles and listening to records (great collection!), reading, and watching TV (lots of streaming services available!). The appliances are high quality and in good condition. The home is also in a wonderful location, just over a block from Rehoboth Ave shops and restaurants and a short walk from the beach. Josh was very communicative and welcoming through text. We had a wonderful trip and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This place is adorable, with fun decor and amenities like bikes and classic LPs for the turntable. It's even better than it looks in the pictures online. Quality kitchenware and linens, too. The location is right near downtown Rehobeth and the boardwalk but the street is quiet and leafy. Great value. I would definitely stay again.

This was a wonderful home for our family; we stayed for four days. The rooms were spacious, very clean and the appliances were new and what we needed . There was even a record player, yoga mats and a terrific assortment of oldie but goodie vinyl records. We will be back!

Home was comfortable. We only had 4 people on two nights and 3 for the rest of our stay. Could have comfortably slept more people.
The decor is retro and we enjoyed it.
Access was simple and well explained. We received prompt replies from the property owner to our very few and simple questions.
The neighborhood is quiet and the people we met were friendly.
We walked to the Farmer's market on Tuesday. There were several vendors we bought from. Kombucha, fresh lettuce and tomatoes and breads were all for sale.
We would like to stay in the same home again.

This house made me happy every time I walked in during my week’s stay. The colors, the vibes, the extremely comfortable master bed, the outdoor shower, the neighborhood and the fun use of the house stereo and albums. So fun to bring along a few of my own that hadn’t been on a turntable In decades.

The cottage was fully equipped and furnished beautifully. Clearly, the cleaning crew did an admirable job as every room was spotless. The AC was very quiet; quickly cooled the entire home. Appliance are high-end, incl washer and dryer, and were a pleasure to use. The outdoor shower, grill, table and chairs rounded out the amenities found within the home. (Although 2 parking hang tags are provided, parking on this one-way street can be somewhat difficult at times. Vehicles that are found parked too close to the yellow lines in front of the driveway, combined with vehicles parked directly across from the cottage, can make backing out of the driveway a challenge.) We would stay at this cottage again as the Owner was very communicative and caring.

Fantastic Rental!
We stayed at this home with our two teenagers and my parents. It's a beautiful, clean home in a quiet neighborhood. It is within walking distance to the beach, boardwalk and Rehoboth Avenue shops and restaurants. The owner was very responsive before and during our stay. We would definitely book again!

My husband and young children and I had an amazing stay in Rehoboth! The house is located on a quiet street and walking distance to restaurants, coffee and shops. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Super clean, cute surfer vibes, and cozy 😊 We will definitely be back!

Wonderful home with lots of charm! Perfect for two families with young children. It was exceptionally clean upon our arrival and the owners were great and provided plenty of information before and during our stay. Owners thought of everything to make the stay very comfortable. Beautiful newly renovated beach home steps away from everything in Rehoboth. My family and I had a wonderful long weekend at this property and will absolutely be back! Restaurants, shops, beach, etc. all close by. 100% recommend!
