We rented this lovely home for our large family and couldn’t be more pleased with our experience and the property. We especially enjoyed the gorgeous views, easy access to the beach, and proximity to Coligny Plaza. The home is very well stocked with plenty of cooking supplies and dishes for our large group. The two fridges plus double oven and barbecue definitely came in handy. The hot tub was a big hit too! We will definitely stay here again next time we all come to visit my folks.

Our family of 10, 8 adults and 2 children stayed at 3 Dune Lane, Hilton Head Island for a week. We could not have been happier with this rental property. The location was perfect - ocean front, our own pool & hot tub, a very private and beautiful setting. Plenty of room inside the house, a huge professionally equipped kitchen. The house was immaculate. A block from shops & restaurants. Would highly recommend this property.

Everything about this house was amazing and perfect for our family vacation! Spacious and private enough for all to live comfortably together for a week. A little piece of paradise that we were so blessed to experience! This was to be a one time splurge for the celebration of our 40th wedding anniversary and retirement but we will definitely come back to this house! Our entire stay exceeded our expectations...from coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean; dinners on the deck; the well maintained pool and hot tub; short walks to the beach, Jim’s Pool Bar and Coligny Plaza for ice cream, bakery, music and a beautiful park within walking distance! We only had need of our car less than half a dozen times the entire week! Dave and Sue

We loved this house! Beautiful view of the ocean, great pool, and green space for our grandchildren to play (we lost many whiffle balls). Very close to Coligny so the teens could walk there easily. I walked to Piggly Wiggly most mornings. Definitely recommend this place and hope to stay here again.

This is an awesome property. Location was everything!! Our group comes to HH every year. 100% want to come back to this property. Hope to book it next April. Thank you for letting us stay in this beautiful home. The garden was beautiful and the ocean view was amazing.

The vacation was great. House was nice. Golf is always great, but Mother Nature chose to rain almost every day…Oh, well. Best part of the rental was the pool for sure. Very clean the whole time and got used quite a bit.

Our family of 10 recently spent a wonderful week in this lovely home. It was spacious and a perfect location. Two bedroom are on the main floor and 3 bedrooms are on the upper floor. The kitchen is very large. Easy access to the beach 1/2 block on either side of the property. There are sand toys, boogie boards and beach chairs in the garage. Also floats for the pool. The only disappointment is that this is house is on the beach and it has a private pool but beach towels are not provided and are very bulky to bring in a suitcase. We would highly recommend.

Nice property walkable to Coligny
House is well decorated and had lots of cooking items. The management company even purchased a pizza cutting tool and brought it over.
The cleaning crew did not understand how to operate/use the dishwasher. So they had to hand wash everything in the dishwasher and stayed about an hour after check-in time.
The beach is very busy since it is near the Coligny beach entrance.

place being cleaned when we got there after 4 Problems with the dishwasher pool heater was turned off for 2 days tocold to swim with out it Ipaid over $600 for the heater to be on for our stay hot tub was dirty had to be shocked the I called office to report it said I wanted it tested the first to come out said it looked ok but he didn'tbring attest kit then when pool man came said it was very low with clorein he shocked it so another 2 days without the hot tub We reported the air conditioner wasn't working properly very cold upstairs downstairs very warm told by property management because door to deck opened to much again when someone with more expertice was finally called in the problem was foundafter a few nights of un comfortable for those on the first floor.

House was nice and clean. There were a few minor issue like a small roof leak, and commode that kept running, but nothing major. I would have probably given 5 stars if the house had direct access to the beach.

For the most part, it was a very positive experience. The proximity to the beach and having a pool on site was very nice. The pool was well maintained and the unit was clean. Spacious for our large family. We did have some maintenance issues with the dishwasher. Also, we were concerned about the safety of the railing around the veranda. It was wobbly and a few spindles on the stairs leading to the pool were broken. Otherwise, a nice house to rent.

The house is sparkling and has a nice flowing layout, perfect for two big families staying together. The extra family room with pool table was a huge hit with the kids, who played dozens of games. Location is fantastic, right on the beach but walking distance to Coligny Plaza, the “downtown” of Hilton Head, with a ton of restaurants and ice cream parlors. One complaint: the house didn’t provide pool towels or beach chairs. Be sure to pack your own. The pictures don’t do this house justice — it’s much brighter and nicer than it appears in the pics. Owners might consider getting better pictures taken. Thanks for a lovely stay.

One complaint: the house didn’t provide pool towels or beach chairs. Be sure to pack your own.
