Stayed five nights with a group of 8 guys for an OFG Ski Club trip. Very spacious home with plenty of beds, extra couches, and a big dining room table for nightly dinners and card games. Kitchen was ample size for meal prep and has nice, fairly new upgraded appliances. Nice airy feel with cathedral ceilings in kitchen and living room. Heated garage was a luxury and very nice for a few or our members who drove up from The Springs-and also was great for drying ski gear and getting dressed in the morning. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, glasses, pots/pans and VRC procured a crock pot at our request-so thanks for that! House is near two bus stops (Red or Blue line buses), very convenient for pushing out to mountain in separate waves or for folks wanting to come back early.Some oddities: The address of the house caused much confusion for Uber p/us, food delivery, and shuttle services. The Epic Mountain shuttle driver suggested using Lupine Ct as Google Maps shows the house in on Lupine Ct.; the lighting was low in bedrooms and the light switches are a bit non-intuitive. Fan in master bedroom does not have a speed adjustment via switch or rheostat. Minor stuff (save the address thing).

Perfect space for our group. 3 floors with a good sized kitchen and dinning space. We had a group of 7 and we were comfortable and spread out enough that we didn’t feel cramped. The master is huge and has a large bathroom that is equipped with washer and dryer. The house is on the bus route. There is intermountain and west meadow. We found the latter to be more convenient. Use the red bus going into town and the green bus to get back to the house. The house is clean and has a heated garage for your ski gear.

This home had a wonderful heated garage, large common space and plenty of sleeping spaces. It is nestled into a quiet neighborhood that is just a short drive from the western most ski lift. There is also a bus stop within a couple of blocks. The home was very clean and comfortable with all the amenities a family needs.

We had an overall good experience. We had an issue with the door, which was fixed quickly. Lots of space and very clean. The air was not dry, which is typical in rentals. Kitchen was well stocked and lots of towels, sheets and pillows. Nice ben linens.

My family and I absolutely enjoyed our stay here. There was ample space for everyone to have personal space while still being able to have much needed family time! We had five adults staying in the house and it was well accommodated for a group of our size. Plenty of dishes and silverware available plus the amenities made the stay even better. The location is fantastic and we were able to see the fall colors from our windows. I cannot recommend this location enough!

Our visit to Vail was enhanced by staying here. There was plenty of room for our group (parents, two adult children, child’s significant other) to have personal space and also come together for group meals and activities. The house is well-furnished and equipped, making it easy to cook meals there. The location was perfect for us. A quick trip to the Safeway or a five minute drive to Vail Village parking, and just around the corner from the shuttle stop for easy car-free excursions. Highly recommend!

Summer Heat
Lovely house, great location. Clean and confortable. Big problem for us was the master bedroom is impossibly hot in the summer. The house is not equipped with AC or window screens. In Colorado the weather is generally cooler at nite. So we oppened the windows and the house filled with bugs! We ended up sleeping in one of the smaller rooms downstairs. Management was initially very responsive and tried to solve the problem. However at one point they send someone to the house without letting me know. I feel that when you rent you expect your privacy to be respected. I had valuables and my 2 small dogs in the house. I did not appreciate someone there without me knowing before hand.

As of when we stayed (President's Day weekend, 2022), everything looked like it was *brand new* -- appliances, mattresses, towels, other furniture, etc. The setup is 2 bedrooms downstairs (one king in one room, and bunk beds + a trundle bed in another) with a shared bathroom, then a master bed with a king and an en suite bathroom with washer dryer upstairs, then a loft with 2 full-sized sleeper couches and a full bathroom upstairs. There's also one more 1/2 bath in the kitchen/living area. This worked for 8 adults and would be even better if it was 2 sets of parents with 2 sets of kids. Check-in was super easy -- the app that the renters set us up with worked perfectly. Parking enough for 4 cars, plus the garage was great for early cold mornings. All in all really wonderful spot -- highly recommend!!
