The house was perfect for our needs. Great location. Ample sleeping options. And best of all, it was free of hassles. Linens, towels, amenities all provided. No cleanup required. Again...Perfect!

We had four families with kids visit in the summer. The house was big with lots of extra sleeping space in a loft. It was clean and well kept with nice extras like the hot tub and sauna. The neighborhood was also great with a private swimming beach a few blocks away included. We had a great time and would return again.

This property was great for a nice weekend getaway with some friends of mine. The pool table maybe is getting a little beat up but other than the the property was clean, the baseboard heat was nice, and their are plenty of beds for people to sleep in.

This property is well located in Lake Harmony and plenty of space for our group of extended family. We have 4 teens with us and we all enjoyed all aspects of the house and the amenities. Hot tub, sauna and fire pit were at hit. As others have mentioned the pots and pans and some of the soft goods could use and update but did not deter us from giving this a 5 star review. House was very clean. Communication and response were fantastic. Property managers are great and the house have everything you need - everything!

Management company was super responsive including driving over a new coffee machine when we told them the pot was missing in the old one. House provided lots of towels and all the basics you needed. (Very cute welcome basket upon arrival) Nice sized rooms. Great house to share with other family or friends. Very close to slopes and restaurants.

The property was well maintained and furnished. Location of the proper is a quick couple minute drive to local bars/restaurants. First arriving had a minor issue with the code to the lock, but a quick phone call and quick answer from the property manager rectified the issue remotely in seconds. Comfortable on the inside with lots of rooms for large guests and privacy. Only complaint was one bathroom door lock was broken and took some elbow grease to open the door. I would take that issue any day of the week if that’s the only complaint. Would highly recommend.

My extended family and I enjoyed our stay. The property is conveniently located to both Big Boulder and Jack Frost in a quiet and quaint area. The firepit area was great, as we spent hours around it staying warm and enjoying our time together. The property manager was very responsive as we had an issue with a dirty hot tub and lights in the house not working. Both issues were addressed in a timely manner. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of glassware, plates, and bowls, however there are no wine glasses. The pots, pans, and extra cookware are quite beat up and some needed a good cleaning prior to use. Upon arrival the house was clean, but not impressively clean. There was some dirt and trash (socks, clothing tags) in corners and closets and under end tables. The bathrooms did seem to be cleaned well. The main entrance is at ground level and there is only a small doormat as you enter the house. As a result the floor in the pool table room, where you enter, became horribly dirty and wet over the course of our 4 night stay. Snow and dirt constantly were brought in from our shoes and left a mess. I’d recommend a runner and perhaps a boot rack for inside the entrance. Also, the door to the 2nd floor hall bathroom sticks…. to the point that several of us needed help getting out of the bathroom! I believe the door knob needs to be replaced, as it isn’t properly lined up with the door frame. Despite some quirks, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the house.

Great house for hosting a christmas party weekend for about 11 people and a dog. So many beds and good amount of bathrooms. We hung out in the kitchen and living room majority of the time which fit all of us. The kitchen had all the pots and pans and spices needed. We cooked dinner both nights with no issues. We were even able to use the fire pit one afternoon with beautiful weather. Its about a 15 min walk to the nearest bar/restaurant. The nearest grocery store was 15 min drive. Great location. Would highly recommend for a large group.
