Great Location!! Plenty of room for our family of 5. Parking is expensive at $40/night - however, we knew this in advance and accepted it prior to booking. Highly recommend this unit and would book again if available in the future.

A wonderful spacious oasis right near shops, eateries and most importantly the beach. The place is very spacious and comfortable. The staff was warm and super helpful during our stay. We had everything we needed to be comfortable and enjoy Hawaii. Thank you!

We have had a good overall experience. The apartment was well located and very spacious. No cleaning issue but both restrooms were due for renovation. The kitchen is not fully equipped, no oven, no toaster. We had issues with the elevators, one was out of service for maintenance and the two others very busy. At the arrival, the valet parking didn’t want to take our car, the parking was full. We finally got one spot with extra $$$.

Stayed in this very large apartment for 4 nights, great space for family or two couples. On the fringe of Waikiki but simple walk and plenty of transport. All the amenities you would expect but finding the correct light switches was challenging. While in a condo and not strictly hotel guests, staff were very polite and helpful. Late check in time of 3:30 annoying if travelling from Australia with early arrivals

I would recommend this place for immediate families (parents & children) or people that you live with not so much if you are going with friends or other relatives. The place was clean with a decent amount of space but lacked privacy. For the master bedroom doors that leads into the living room there is a gap in-between the doors to where anyone can easily hear and see into the bedroom, and there is NO LOCK on these doors! They easily blow open if you have the windows open. The doors leading into the bathroom from bedroom also don't have a lock and have slants that you can see into. The water temperature for the showers where a bit off to where it either wanted it to stay super hot and take a little while to cool down then stay cold and take a while to heat back up. (Not ideal if your tired & want to take a quick shower). The place was clean but did not provide any hand soap. Other than those things the lobby is beautiful with a friendly staff, the beds were nice and comfy, the tub was deep, you have great views from the balconies and it's easy to walk to almost everything in Waikiki.

The apartment is amazing. Not only the perfect size for 6 people including 2 kids but also the good shapes for the property. The location is just 2 blocks away from the Waikiki beach. Both balconies have awesome sea view. We spent lot of time having wine and breakfast to enjoy the sunrise and sunset. 100% recommended!

Had a great stay, condo was VERY clean. Could use a little maintenance, location was OK. Easy for walking for food, beach near.
A lot of noise in the city. Hard to get rest at times. Especially on the weekends it’s lighter during the week day. Construction Surrounding buildings, Small mishap with broken base board on floor. Nails sticking out of board safety concern & mishap on trip.

We actually had a group of 5 adults and fit great. Our two parents slept in the king bed, I slept on the couch, my brother and his girlfriend slept on one double bed and my other brother slept on the other double bed. The beds were not super comfortable (a bit hard) but they worked for the week that we stayed. There were also plenty of pillows which was a major plus. The balconies had fantastic views and the kitchen was the perfect size. This condo was the perfect location/distance from downtown and the beach. We didn't end up having to drive much but we did utilize the valet service for the entirety of our stay. I will give a tip that when you pay for valet, you pay for the whole day. So while our checkout was at 10:30 am, our flight was not until 10:00 pm. Rather than paying to store our luggage at the front desk, we packed it in our rental car and left it with the valet!

Not all light fixtures had working bulbs in them (we didn’t bother reporting until checkout as it didn’t impact our stay) and one of the slider doors was really hard to open and close. Location was ok, it was at least 10 -15 minute walk to beaches and shops, hard to haul a bunch of beach stuff from there and in the heat. Was rather loud at night but with AC on and windows closed we couldn’t hear much. There are a lot of roosters around and they are quite loud in the morning. There is laundry in the building, but many floors down and always busy. There was not an actual oven as stated in the listing, only a small toaster oven. The building staff were all really nice, friendly and helpful, especially the valets for parking. The pool and pool area were nice and quiet and well maintained.

This rental was the perfect location and size for our group of 5. It's near plenty of stores, restaurants and just a short walk from the beach. The area got a little loud at night on the weekends but otherwise was very quiet the rest of our stay.
