We had a nice time in Waterville Valley. The weather couldn't have been better. Ryan's condo is just a four minute drive to the town center, which was our central meeting place. The condo was nice. I liked that we had so much room. It was cozy, very quiet and peaceful. That is very important to my husband and I when we travel.

Made a vacation out of a Waterville wedding weekend. Golfed at several beautiful courses in the area. Met up with friends over the weekend. The condo was beautiful! Even better than the photos! Very comfy with everything we needed. Would absolutely book again!

Great location! We spent a long weekend in early August and had so much fun. We were sidelined by a recent surgery but still enjoyed the trip. There are so many things to do from the obvious - hiking, swimming holes, rafting, Lake Winnie - to hidden treasures - breakfast in Meredith, swimming in Squam Lake etc. Condo is well located and, while the parking lot was full, it was very quiet. It was a nice getaway.

We LOVED the condo. It was clean, impeccably decorated and provided all of the essentials and MORE. The views were beautiful and the host was incredibly responsive. We WILL be going back! Thank you, Ryan, for the GREAT experience.

Place was great, had everything we needed, and was quiet. I enjoyed having my morning coffee in the covered porch. Mattresses are comfortably firm. Went in July and most nights it really cools down in the evening. The owner was great--communicative and responsive. We plan to come back in the winter. Thank you!

My husband our 2 adult children attended a wedding at the Waterville Valley Conference Center on July 1st, w/ festivities the day before & the day after. We opted to stay in a condo, as opposed to the hotel rooms offered as part of the wedding block. Ryan's condo was convenient because it had 2 bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen & all the conveniences of home. The only thing that was not convenient was that we had to drive back & forth to the events for the 3 day wedding celebration. It was a quick 2-4 minute ride but really not walkable in anything but sneakers (Northface is across a busy street & up a hill). Having to drive to the village was not a problem for my family, however, because the comfort, cleanliness & views made it totally worth it. Having only 1 bldg key did present some challenges for my party of 4, however. Ryan was very responsive & offered great suggestions upon arrival since the exterior painters were outside our windows. Fortunately, they moved to the next unit on day 2 so we could open the shades (except one that was broken....even then, there was a note that it was on order). The condo literally had everything one could need (even a sewing kit that came in handy when the button came off my son's shirt). The only thing we couldn't find was an iron & ironing board. Overall, I give the experience a 5 star rating & can't wait to come back to Waterville Valley in August for another wedding. It is a summer hidden gem!!!

Condo was even better than pictured! It was clean, modern, and organized. It was perfectly located for hiking in the Waterville Valley Area and you also had a lovely view of the mountains from the sunroom. Check in and out process was straightforward and host was easily reachable if needed! Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful property close to the heart of Waterville Valley! Can't say enough about the condo. Plenty of space for everyone, amazing views, and a beautiful interior.

We were very impressed by the property! Perfect for our family of three. Loved the location, amenities, the property itself was clean and everything we would have expected. My 10 year old wasn’t comfortable sleeping in the loft (steep stairs) so she slept on the couch, so I would probably suggest a slightly older kid (who doesn’t sleepwalk on occasion) to sleep up there! The AC was perfect— even cold some nights— so if that’s a concern of yours… it works! The owner was quick to respond to any issues (we didn’t have working remotes for the AC didn’t work at first), and we would definitely stay here again! Mahalo for your condo!!

The condo was cozy and very well kept. Our family had a nice stay. We loved how close it was to skiing and other activities Waterville Balley has to offer. We would definitely stay again.

This is a great property, and the host has really setup a very cozy getaway in the mountains! Communication with the host was easy, and he's extremely helpful and responsive. I would return in a heartbeat and recommend this to anyone. Great place to spend a quiet time, or a base to set out for hiking, skiing or any number out outdoor activities in and around the Valley.

The condo feels like the pictures look - clean, updated, comfortable, and easy. The beds are very comfortable and fresh. The fireplace works really well and there is ample wood available. Access to the XC trails is easy and there is a good view of the Whites out of the living room windows. The kitchen is well stocked for ski weekend cooking.

The apartment was extremely clean, very nicely decorated, with all the comforts needed for a relaxing vacation. Very conveniently located (both for the slopes, restaurants and recreation center). And the owner is great at communicating!

We had a great time at the condo. The spaces are sunny and comfortable, the four season porch room was a great place for a little privacy or exercise, and the fireplace was perfect.

Ryan’s condo was very very nice and comfortable . He had everything you could possibly need and more. The place is spacious and decorated very nicely . We will be trying to book his place every time we make it up from now on.

The property and area were very good. However, the communication with the owner left a lot to be desired. The Vrbo emails from the owner were rude, unhelpful, and although I had fully paid in advance, and was only trying to find how to gain access to the property, threatened to cancel the booking on the day of our arrival, and not return the monies. The owner claimed he sent texts, but these were never received on the numbers that we had supplied.Thus, I was very impressed with the property, but would never rent from this owner again.

We just loved this condo. It was beautifully decorated and anything we needed was at our finger tips. Check in and check out was clear and the unit was very clean. We would definitely return and will recommend to other family and friends too! Property manager answered all our questions promptly. This ia a gem in the White Mountains

I’ve been coming to the valley since I was a child. Came back for my sisters wedding weekend and preferred a more luxurious place to stay. If you’re looking for a clean, very comfortable place where little details matter, this is the perfect place. After a long night of festivities, we appreciated the extra waters and chocolates. The views from the room off the master are spectacular. Easy walk to everything in the valley. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit. Key pick up is easy and only a minute away

We very much enjoyed our stay! The unit was perfect. Very clean, modern, and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed and we appreciated all of the thoughtful amenities. We hope to visit again someday!

It is a short walk from the parking lot to the locked main entry door (key provided at check in for security) and up a short flight of steps to a 2nd floor condo. Both hiking maps and bicycling maps were available to help us get around. Some of the wonderful amenities to make our stay very enjoyable: plushy towels, comfy beds, a coffee pod assortment, frosted beer glasses in freezer, clear and easy instructions to follow for check in and check out, and very clean and neat. The view from the sun porch provides amazing views. It is very quiet, but lights from the parking area and entry doors for other buildings do filter in at night. We enjoyed hiking Rattlesnake Mountain, the Smarts Brook trail network and a variety of trails right in the valley. Most of the x-country ski trails offer double track bicycling in the summer, our favorite was Swan's Way in either direction, and the Beebe River rail trail. We walked to town, restaurants and trails.

This condo was well appointed with all of the amenities that you need. The location was beautiful.

My family and I thoroughly loved Ryan's place! It was clean, beautifully decorated, unbelievably quiet and very relaxing. We would definitely stay there again!

My coworker and I stayed here while attending a conference. It was such a nice retreat away from the convention center. The owner was extremely helpful in providing instructions and answering any questions we had. I would highly recommend staying here.

The condo had all the necessities we needed. Check in was seamless, the rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. Even though it’s been a hot summer, the 2 Honeywell fans made it comfortable. The condo is a nice respite after a day of activity. We took the Cannon Tram up the mountain one day and enjoyed spectacular views. We saw a bald eagle over Squam Lake. We enjoyed drinks and music at the Golf Club House on our last night. Ryan was very responsive in completing the rental agreement. Hope to stay again since our son lives in Plymouth.
