We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful 14th floor condo. The apartment is clean and light-filled with an incredible view of the ocean from the beautiful balcony. Everything about the condo is exactly as described and the beach, literally right outside the door, is one of the best I’ve ever been to. The only drawback was that there was an apartment across the hall that was being renovated and the noise was very loud for the first three days. While this was disappointing, we spent our days at the beach and by the time we returned the noise had stopped. It then stopped entirely for the rest of our stay. I consider it a one-time issue and would not let it stop me from highly recommending the condo. Overall, our experience was excellent and exactly what we needed!

This place is exactly as listed. The view from the balcony and bedroom is priceless. Within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, cofffee shops,CVS and Walgreens. The provided beach chairs, beach umbrella and cooler were life savers! Everything you need including umbrellas for the occasional rain showers. Great communication with the host. I would HIGHLY recommend!

This is our second stay in this complex and really cant beat the location, convenience and views. Check in was easy and communication smooth. The unit is a bit dated but fit the bill perfectly for us. We found it to be very clean and had all necessary accessories to enjoy our stay. We would stay here again.

Pros: Location is great, it's close to lots of great restaurants, convenient stores, coffee shops, a gift shop, and located right on the beach with a relaxing balcony with a beautiful view of the beach.
Cons: Check in process was not easy. I'm not sure what the security guards name was when we arrived, but he was not very helpful or nice. Tried showing him and telling him the number of the condo we were checking into and all he could say was east or west, so please know that you the condo is on the east side. He kept wanting me to go to the wing set of condos. Thankful that Maria (owner of condo) was willing to talk to him to straighten things out. The condo itself needs a little work. The kitchen sink faucet feels like it is going to break off in your hands when you try to use it, the thermostat is hard to work when you try to adjust the temp on the thermostat it suits off and you can't read it and then it comes back on as if the thermostat had some bad wiring in it, the shampoo & conditioner dispenser in the shower didn't work, and there was a dead roach behind the waste basket in the bathroom.

Great condo. Hosts are very nice and quick to respond and help. Location and views were perfect. Great people, amazing food close and beach and pool in your backyard. Will defintely be back asap. Highly recommended!!

The balcony made our stay worth it! The views were amazing! The security of the building is an added bonus. Walgreens across the street is convenient. Chido’s restaurant across the street is good also.

I read all the reviews before choosing this condo!! Omg they were so accurate! My husband and I loved staying here. Beautiful condo with great views and close to everything within the metropolitan area which walking distance and Uber friendly!! We only stayed 5 nights. Next year it will be 7 or more!! Condo was centrally located to anything and everything, car rentals, groceries, food (so many great restaurants), the balcony provided nothing short of simply amazing sunrises every morning, Hosts provided everything you need for an entire day out on the beach (towels, chairs, cooler), unit was very safe with keyed entry and 24/7 front desk. Check in and communication with the host was easy. My daughters and I will definitely be coming back again!

I enjoyed the my stay the condo was very nice and clean, I enjoyed the beautiful ocean view from the condo balcony. Maria was very nice and helpful when I had to call her. I will be staying there again, me and my wife had an awesome time.

Absolutely amazing place to stay. The room is great and extremely clean. Amazing water pressure in the shower. Central ac worked great. The host gives you beach chairs and coolers for the beach and you can rent a umbrella for $10 for the day. The condo has private access right to the beach and the pool is also amazing. But the VIEW!! Every morning I woke up and opened the double doors for the balcony. It was breath taking. Maria the host was great and helped me with checking in when I couldn’t figure out the key pad to get in. I can’t wait to come back next year and I will deff be using this same room again!

Maria's place was absolutely perfect!Let's start out with a view the moment you walk in the door You have a view of the blue ocean and its spectacular!!!! The place is perfect for a couple. The location is awesome. Walking distance to many restaurants and Walgreens is Right across the street along with a car rental facility. It was less than a 10 Minute Uber ride from airport and to Old San Juan. We did not need a car Uber is so cheap and so easy. The condo was equipped with everything you need.Beach chairs, cooler, You can Also rent 2 beach chairs and umbrella right down on the beach for under $20. The beach is beautiful and we walked it daily. The pool is nice and we never had a problem getting a chair. The condo was clean and we felt extremely safe. A doorman in front and locked entrance to beach and pool The communication was great and easy instructions to get in. Our flight got delayed and the doorman allowed us to leave our luggage in a locked area which was wonderful. I give the condo 5⭐️ we will definitely be back to PR and we plan to stay here again! Thanks for everything ❤️

First time to Puerto Rico and could not be happier.....Maria was the perfect host, most attentive to any question. The location and view could not be beat. The beach is amazing. We have stayed in lots of great places and this ranks right up at the top. Wonderful, clean, everything you could want....We'll be back :)

A few checkin problems… lock box, keys, etc. but owner very accessible and resolved promptly. Accessibility and location trump everything. Building is old but very clean and well managed.

We loved this property. We didn't need a car, but there was a parking space provided. Walk to a large grocery store, pastry shop (My husband's favorite!), bars and restaurants. Or, take the bus to Old San Juan's restaurants and shopping. Communication with the owners was easy, condo was clean and cheery. Great vacation.

We didn't cook but there are all necessary amenities as advertised. Easy access to many restaurants.

Very clean apartment with beautiful ocean view.Kitchen was well equipped though I have to admit we didn’t cook much.Had a bit of an issue with the code to enter apartment,but Maria answered quickly and it got resolved quickly.!!!Would stay again.

This building (Oeste) and its sister building(Este) are definitely the best place in Isla Verde to stay. Convenient to restaurants, shopping, great security and direct beach access. This unit was secure, amazing view and overall very nice. The bed was super comfortable in my opinion. We had a couple issues with the condo, but not enough to bother complaining about. There were a few slats missing from the bedroom window shade so no way to keep sunlight out in the morning. On the day of checkout when I cleaned up, as I always do, I found an entire pack of the slats under the bed so I replaced the 4 that were missing. Hopefully that helps future guests, just too late for me. The toilet also had a problem flushing where the handle has to be held down. I looked inside and think it straight up needs a new flapper, but I wasn't there to make repairs. I'm on vacation.... Could also use a ceiling painting as it's quite stained up, mainly near the central AC vent. A few bucks and this would be a pristine condo.
This building is super secure and in a perfect location. $8 uber to airport and $10 to Old San Juan. Uber does fluctuate but if the price is high just give it 15 minutes and it will come down. This condo has the most amazing view you could expect in Isla Verde, absolutely beautiful, and overall is quite nice. I can't give it 5 stars, would love to give 4.5 but VRBO only offers 4 or 5. So 4 it is.

Lovely property with a beautiful panoramic view! We walked to restaurants and the beach. We Ubered to Old San Juan for the day. Excellent location! Easy access to the airport too.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautifully comfortable 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit. The bed is comfortable and the unit is appointed nicely. Admittedly, the instructions for check-in/unit access/parking were a bit intimidating but the details and photos were perfect in walking us through the process. Absolutely zero complaints regarding the unit or our stay. We would love to stay here again and recommend to our friends & family.

This condo is a perfect place to stay!! Conveniently located to great restaurants that you can walk to. Old San Juan is a short drive away. The beaches that are literally in your back yard are keep clean. Airport is 10 minutes away. El Yunque National Forest was 30 minutes away. AMAZING view from the balcony. Last thing …. The owner was spectacular!! Great communication. If this is open during your dates don’t pass this one up !!

I could not have been more pleased with our accommodations. Located in the middle of the beach at isla verde, there are long walks to be taken in either direction on this beautiful crescent beach. In addition, It is right across the street from restaurants, bars, and the grocery store! The host was quick to respond to any questions that we had. I would highly recommend this location!

The property is nice and will get the job done if you’re planning to just spend time at the beach and visit a few restaurants in the area. The property is only a short 15 min drive or Uber to old San Juan and Condado which was a plus. Maria was very responsive and made the check in process easy. If we were to come back to PR, we would def consider this property again due to its location and reasonable price.

We loved this apartment! So close to the airport, beachfront, amazing views of the ocean. Big spacious rooms and every detail is covered, all the way to a sewing kit! Maria is an excellent communicator, the instructions were very clear and detailed. She responded to questions immediately. Both the beach and pool are big assets for this property,

We had a great time staying at this property. Beautiful view and great location. Pictures are accurate. Maria was very helpful when we had trouble with the door code. The instructions provided for checkin had all the relevant details and made the process as easy as possible.
