Sea Swan was perfect for the two of us! It's a very private apartment with it's own entrance on the first level of a large villa. Located toward the top of Gifft Hill, it's a steep drive but kind of fun with a jeep, and only 10 minutes from Cruz Bay. The other reviews aren't exaggerating - the view and sunsets are amazing! It's so special and calming to look out over the Caribbean and St. Thomas from the patio, full-length balcony, or any room. The landscaping is beautiful and complements the views for a real tropical island vibe. The outdoor daybed on the balcony was great in the evenings for relaxing with drinks and listening to the sounds of nature under the stars with the lights of St. Thomas in the distance. The place was super clean throughout. The bedroom and bathroom are quite spacious and the bed is very comfortable. We really appreciated the beach chairs, cooler, and beach towels, and it was really convenient to have a washer/dryer. The gift basket is a very thoughtful touch. We didn't have to run out to the market right away and it took care of breakfast, coffee/tea, and snacks for several days. Wini was fantastic in communicating and accommodating our late arrival. She met us at the car barge, led us to the villa, and walked us through the place. Highly recommend for couples!!

There isn’t much else to stay other than this is a 5/5 property. From the check in process with Wini, to the view, to the welcome package in the fridge. You won’t find a better deal on the island. Everything worked perfectly, UV water filtration system, grill, etc.

My husband and I think this was one of our favorite vrbos ever. We spent a lot of time on the outside patio - breakfast and sunsets - and the view was just spectacular! We looked forward to hearing the roosters in the morning and the frogs at night. It was beautiful to look at the lights of nearby St. Thomas in the evenings. Wini, the Sea Swan concierge, was very helpful and kind. She reached out before our stay with texts, drove us to the house, and showed us around. The food & treats left in the fridge for us were very appreciated!! The bathroom was huge and the bed was comfortable. It was an incredible stay!

Beautiful property, fantastic location, wonderful views. Wini met us at the car ferry and led us to the property, which was actually easy to find. She gave us the grand tour, and was very helpful with suggestions on restaurants, etc. The welcome basket in the fridge was such a nice touch, and really helped out with snacks and breakfast for our stay. When I asked Wini about parking in Cruz Bay, she laughed and proceeded to explain the situation. Not ideal. She mentioned the gravel lot right by the car ferry. Save yourself the hassle of even looking for parking elsewhere, and at $8 a day it's a real bargain. It's only a couple short blocks from the traffic circle, and nothing in Cruz Bay is very far. Property is very comfortable and peaceful, and the sunset views from the balcony are the best on the Island. Absolutely loved St. John, and would stay at SeaSwan again with no hesitation.

This place is amazing! We had the best stay for milestone celebration of 25 yrs of marriage/turning 50! Wini was super helpful! Upon arrival fridge stocked with crackers, cheese, chips/salsa, eggs, muffins, cream, wine, soft drinks. Several coffee pods/tea bags available. Bring extra if you like kuerig as we had a hard time getting extra at store. Place has beach chairs/tent/foats/cooler. Laundry access is perfect! Comfy bed/furnishings. Fully stocked for all your needs. Best part was morning and sunset views!! Roosters crowing, birds singing. We even saw iguanas in foliage. Amazing, beautiful landscaping! It’s like a tropical paradise! My only improvement would be a small Bluetooth speaker and privacy/blackout curtains in sleeping area. We loved this place!

We've stayed at Sea Swan many times and always LOVE it!! The place is so cozy, the views are amazing and it has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Will be back!

We rented a jeep on St Thomas and were met at the car barge exit by Winnie. She communicated with us throughout the reservation process and answered any questions we had. We followed her to the house and she showed us everything as well as where to park. She was wonderful! We loved everything about the house. It was super clean, had a comfortable bed, and just about anything in the kitchen we could ever want. There were 2 airconditiong units, one in the bedroom and one in the kitchen/living area. We did have to use them every day as there were no breezes while we were there There was also a starter gift basket in the fridge with milk, bread, butter, eggs, muffins, cheese, crackers, chocolates, wine, soda, popcorn, cream cheese, oj, and lemonade all new and packaged. The water is purified and drinkable so that was very convenient also. There is also solar back up in case of power loss. The laundry room is steps from the entrance and there were chairs, coolers and other items for the beach. We only used the chairs, but the other item were available to use. The view is outstanding, the best we have ever had and the outdoor living space is large. The road and parking lot is paved but the roadis steep in some areas so I would recommend a Jeep or AWD vehicle rather than a car. The location on Gift Hill is convenient to beaches and town and easy to drive up to Centerline daily.

My wife and I celebrated our 50th Anniversary at Sea Swan and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Winnie (one of the sweetest people you will ever meet) welcomed us and was always available if needed. The cottage, the landscaping and the gorgeous island views were incredible, as were the sunsets. Beach towels, a beach canopy, chairs and a cooler were there for our use. We were also greeted with a lovely gift basket of goodies. The bed was extremely comfortable and the air conditioning wonderful after a long day at the beach. We have to say with this being our 16th trip to the islands over the last 30 years that this stay at Sea Swan was our favorite overall. Upon our next visit to St John, Sea Swan would be our number on choice. Thank you for a truly wonderful stay!
