Great location , great house that has everything you need for a lake getaway

We had a wonderful stay at the Lake house. The views are beautiful and the house was large enough for 12 adults. The deck off the kitchen was great for everyone to hang out at the fireplace and for playing games at the table. We loved the flat grill where we prepared many breakfasts and dinners. We rented a boat and docked it at the house so it was easy to hop in and go fishing on the beautiful lake. If you have a lot of cars in your group the driveway is huge. We were able to park 3 motorcycle trailers and 6 cars in the driveway. The only issue was in the loft. 2 of the 5 twin mattresses were box spring mattresses. We had 2 people in our group cancel so we didn’t need the 2 of the beds. If they came that would have been an issue. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

There were kayaks and SUPs to utilize and a trip down the river was absolutely lovely.
The water was a bit chilly. The fire pit was terrific as well. The kitchen was easy very functional, and easy to cook in with multiple people. There was a Blackstone and Grill as well right outside the door. We would rent this place again.

It was a lovely property, with a gorgeous location on the Sacandaga River. Even when the weather didn’t cooperate for outdoor activities, the covered outdoor spaces were a great place to play some games and watch the rain with the family!

This property was so relaxing for all 11 people of our family.. Everyone found so much relaxation in the different little rooms and areas of this huge house. It actually could sleep more people than advertised.. I was a wonderful vacation for our entire family..

Great spot for a group! Right on the quiet part of the lake and just a short 5 min boat ride to the bigger part of the lake. Just a 3 min drive to town, ice cream, gas, and restaurants. We loved the dock your boat restaurant nearby! We enjoyed hiking to waterfalls and jumping off the dock!

Beautiful and well-appointed lake home. Has all the amenities you could want during your stay. We celebrated my husband’s 50th birthday there and had the best time.

This was a great place for multiple families. The kids loved bunking in the loft and the parents enjoyed their own bedrooms. We stayed in December so we had limited use of the outside space, but it was very nice. Great spot for entertaining.

This was the perfect setting for a reunion of a few close friends for the weekend. Spent our days on the water, nights by the firepit catching up on old times, relaxing on the covered deck and retiring at night in the comfort of this spacious home. Wonderful getaway and looking forward to our return next year. Loved it!!

Great location. Nice place w a big living room and deck overlooking the lake. Plenty of hangout space for a big group. Just know it is not 6 true bedrooms, there are 4 bedrooms and a room at the base of the stairs that you have to go through to get to the loft which is open to the living area.

We loved the property and enjoyed the lake very much. We brought our own boat so having the dock was great. Loved the town and the people were very friendly.
The house was huge and we loved the covered back porch and cooking on the Blackstone was amazing! We would certainly go back again!!

This property was exactly what we needed for our large group. The lake access, amenities, space, and views were as expected and more. Mary was great to work with!!! If we don’t end up buying a place, we will absolutely be back next year!!

Beautiful spot/accommodates large group
We loved our week at Mary's lake house. The access to lake, dock and views from the amazing decks were just wonderful! There was lots of different sleeping for our big group(13 adults, 2 kids). The kitchen was nicely stocked. Mary was very responsive to us all along the way - quick, easy, helpful communication! We thoroughly enjoyed Northville and the whole area around Great Sacandaga Lake.
