The convenience of where we could ski to the gondola from the condo and walk to the restaurants and bars also.

Pros: location Cons: Parking - apartment is for 8 people but only allowed one parking space. NO ONE could tell me where we could park a second car. Helpful tip, even though the garages say no overnight parking, if you go on an app you can pay $50 and park overnight. It took a full day of googling and making phone calls to figure this out. Waste of time. Plumbing - most of the drains are slow/clogged Smell - bathrooms smelled like vomit - I can imagine it’s very hard to keep the carpet clean. Beds - very uncomfortable Refrigerator - received an email in March that the refrigerator was not working and they were trying to fix it. We stayed one full month later and it was still not fixed. Try to call the management company before our stay to confirm there was a minifridge at the apartment as my son takes medicine that needs to be refrigerated. The one time I actually reached someone they said they’d have to get in touch with someone at the property and get back to me. I never heard back. But after a month, just replace the fridge, people! I would not stay here again.

Outdated decor. Carpet has tears in it. Needs lamps for better lighting. Poor set up for cooking. Great location. Easy ski in/out.

We are a family of 6 (3 girls and 1 boy ages 9-13). The unit’s location is excellent. There is 1 set of condos in front of you but there is a narrow ski trial that takes you directly to the entrance/exit of the building for easy SKI IN! To ski out, you must walk 75 steps to the main slope in front of the condos in front of you. The family all did this with ease. So again, regarding ski in/out, excellent! The overall location was also excellent, a short 5min walk to steamboat square/the base of the mountain (restaurants/shopping etc). We used ski butlers and they came directly to our unit and outfitted our family for skies and picked them up after we were done, highly recommend!!! This unit has a ski locker on the bottom level so your not hauling your gear up and down the elvevator or 5 flights of stairs. The views are amazing outside on the patio. There was a ski race and we watched from the balcony. The unit does not have a washer or dryer but there is one in the condo unit!!! $1.50 for a wash and $1 for dryer. Only uses quarters!!! The unit itself IS DATED. We had some minor issues but everything was quickly addressed. The beds were 8/10 in regards to comfort. There was a humidifier which we used nightly. The bedrooms 4 singles (1 bedroom) were perfect for our girls, 1 queen (perfect for our son) 1 king (perfect for us). If you want to live in luxury, this unit is not for you. If you want a place to sleep and one that is comfortable and you can deal with imperfections, this is a great unit! There was also 1 parking pass if you need to rent a car, but we didn’t rent a car…you can walk everywhere or use an Uber if needed.

The kitchen was falling apart and the rug was less then desirable but the location was great. Everything needed a bit of updating

Everything was so clean, very peaceful, great view, accessible to many attractions, very near to town, we loved this house . Only thing is TV doesn’t have any signal , no internet, no cable … and also the shared hot tub was super super super small . Overall we had a great time .
