It was exactly as described, fairly priced, very clean and easy to navigate and understand. Everything you could have needed was supplied. It may have been user error, but I believe the propane did run out. It was lit for a while, but would not relight. I hope to come back again.

Spent the weekend with my son, daughter-in-law and grandson for his 16th birthday. We loved the cabin-so cute and cozy. Very comfortable. We enjoyed playing games, big campfires, movies and exploring the beautiful area. Went hiking, to House on the Rock, and checked out all the cute little towns. A lovely weekend.

Our trip turned into helping my sister move. We enjoyed the cabin after a very stressful days. It was very quiet and peaceful. Just what us ladies needed to get away from the move. It was very clean and cozy. Loved all the amenities that were available to us. Julie, was very nice and easy to get ahold of when needed. Comfortable cabin with sleeping space for 5. Plenty of entertainment choices with dvd, cd and vcr tapes. Beautiful surroundings. Saw amazing stars one night. Plenty of equipment in the kitchen if you bring your own food.

The host was great, the cabin is amazing! Very beautiful area. The cabin is in a very private area, with only a few neighbors, a fair way away.
The cabin is very sweet, decorated well, and extremely cozy. It is the perfect place to unwind! I cannot say enough about this find. Five plus stars! We look forward to returning!

The cabin and the location was amazing. Beautiful craftsmanship. Julie had all the kitchen and bath supplies you need. Living room was well supplied with various movies and music CDs. We would sit on the front porch and drink coffee, read the Bible and watch the birds. Location was quiet. We brought wood and cooked on the fire pit. Very close to WI River for kayaking/canoeing. Julie was very friendly and responsive. Loved the whole experience.

A well maintained, clean cabin very isolated in the woods offering a quiet, private stay. Short drives to state parks, fish fries, and little towns kept us busy. The bird feeder at the front of the cabin was amazing. The owner of the cabin really thought of everything.

My husband and I loved the cabin. It was decorated so perfect. We enjoyed sitting on the porch in the morning drinking our coffee. Also sitting out there at night. We can’t wait to go back.

This property has everything you need and want for a perfect, quiet and relaxing retreat! There’s plenty to see and do and shopping is near by as well! Julie was helpful and informative and check in was simple! The cabin is decorated and so cozy! I would definitely return and highly recommend for tranquility!! Thank you Julie!

Everything about the cabin, was what we were looking for. So many small touches made our stay more memorable. My boys loved the board games and the tire swing. We were very sad to leave. It was great just relaxing at the cabin and enjoying the outdoors there, but it wasn’t too far from the state parks we had wanted to explore. The location is perfect.

We had a wonderful time at the cabin. It was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun weekend with friends. We hiked, search for antiques, and visited House on the Rock. 10/10 would return and book again!

We decided to follow-up our visit earlier this year with an Anniversary getaway to this cabin. We enjoy the peace and quiet of getting out into the rural area to unwind. The cabin and the surrounding grounds are well maintained. Driving through the neighboring small towns and farms made us feel like we were taking a step back in time. We will certainly be looking at a return trip there next year.

Every thing we needed was provided. The fire pit was the best ever! Just one note for seniors...the steps are shallow and a little steep. Otherwise not one complaint.

My daughters (10 & 5) and I throughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property! It felt completely safe and had everything we needed! We enjoyed baking, playing games, painting pumpkins and watching movies for a girls weekend away. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place in the driftless area!

Location surrounded by woods is quiet and relaxing. The cabin is beautiful and super clean. Stocked with everything we needed or could possibly have needed. Great fire pit. Close to many trout streams.

My co parent and I wanted to take the children for a birthday getaway weekend. Our usual cabin was booked so we stayed here instead. It was absolutely perfect to relax and unwind from life. It did rain alot buy we were able to have a fire and roast marshmallows. The cabin had everything we needed and enjoyed the peace and quiet. We will definitely boom again

We had a couple of great days at the cabin, we enjoyed the outside area including sitting by the fire in a great fire pit. This is a very nicely equipped cabin, we had everything we needed. There is a large selection of movies, and games to keep you entertained. The property has an outhouse which is nice, even has electricity. The inside furnishings are well done, and very comfortable.

To be honest, the listing for this cabin doesn't do it justice, because it's even cuter than the photos show! Everything inside was incredibly clean and well-maintained, and felt recently updated. This cabin is perfect for a couple looking for someplace private and remote, or for a family with 2-3 kids who want a fun getaway. I imagine kids absolutely love sleeping in the loft space. (Note: probably not the best cabin for a family if the parents want some privacy from the kids, so take note!)
Other perks: huge fire pit, some great wildlife viewing, and of course Spring Green is a mere 40 minutes away, so the General Store, Taliesin, House on the Rock, Dr. Evermor's art park, and more are all within reach from here. We had a relaxing weekend and are so thankful to have stayed here. Would gladly do it again.

Perfect weekend getaway
We absolutely loved our weekend at the cabin. The area is beautiful and the owner has thought of everything. Cabin looks just like the photos, even better! Lots of movies and games provided. Outdoor space is huge. Great bird watching.

This is a great space for one quiet time away! We hung out as a family and took a quick day trip to Madison Zoo. Property is excellent with lots of great extra and caring touches. Plan on returning again!!

Loved all the indoor and outdoor games, large fire pit and wood, collection of VHS movies/CDs/cassette tapes, and all the other little extra items that were thought of. We loved the container of bird seed for the feeder. Awesome stay!
