House was just a minute’s drive down the hill to the beach. Bedrooms were comfortable and clean. Living spaces were open, full of light and comfortable for hanging out together.

This place was amazing!! Highly suggest the area!

We paid over $5,000.00 to rent this property for 6 day sover Thanksgiving. Our family has been renting homes in Dillon Beach for over 20 years and this one was large and attractive. the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was big enough for cooking the meal together. Our concerns began the first night when we realized there were no cloth or paper napkins so we had to use paper towels. This was a surprise but not the only one. The flatware is cheap and fork tines are frequently bent. The plastic or melamine plates, cups and serving pieces are the only ones available so if you have concerns about ingesting microplastics, bring your own plates, glasses, and serving pieces. The towels are of the quality of Costco cleaning rags, rough and small, so bring your own towels too. The bed linens were fine but there is only 1 blanket per bed, under the coverlet or spread. We supplemented the blankets with throws from the living room. We were disappointed that there were very few foodstuff supplies. One cup of olive oil was provided. We had to bring our own ground coffee, sugar, creamer and most of our spices. We also had to bring laundry detergent and cleaning rags from home. We were disappointed to find the fireplace was not usable, as we had purchased firewood. Not planning to return because our car was overloaded with everythig we had to bring just to be comfortable.

The fireplace not working wasn't mentioned as we pick it to rent. The kitchen had a few issues, first the dishes weren't dishwasher safe so we had to wash them by hand every day and every meal. The butcher block counters had mildew by the sink and didn't seem sanitary.

We are four friends who rent properties 4-5 times a year to spend time in lovely places. Here, we were a bit disappointed by the noise and sight of construction next door which went on for most of our stay. The people working there were very nice, but it interfered with our ability to sleep beyond 8 am and enjoy the view. the place itself was fine -- the BBQ was out of gas so that ruined one dinner and most of the dishes and cups indicated they could not be dishwashed which was odd. But overall, it was okay.

Awesome place for a family trip! Only challenge was that a chair broke when a family member sat on it. It was totally rusted through and collapsed!

we loved our stay, spectacular view of the ocean, SO COZY, great TV for movies and the best comfy family couch ever. quick drives to Dillon resort with a great restaurant and general store, plus morning visits to Route One bakery for delicious fresh treats made it even better. very quiet and peaceful, will definitely return! and our dogs loved it too!

Great stay, dog friendly, great view of ocean and a really nice neighborhood, super quick drive down to the beach parking lot and general store has some good stuff as well!

It was foggy, but still a lovely place to stay. Also, we accidently turned an outside light at night and the neighbors are very sensitive to it. We didn't get the message until the next day so have to apologize for that.

Great getaway with family. Really enjoyed the views and proximity to the beach. Rental process was very smooth.

Overall good property with useful floor plan and incredible view….well stocked kitchen, many thoughtful additions for pets, honey and thought out additions. Pretty high on the hill and although easy to walk to beach- very difficult to walk back up especially with stroller …. First night there …grilling on the deck n received text, email and phone call finally at 830….with complaint To turn off patio light. All the signs in the house say patio lights off by 9:30. Told the person who called that’s what the sign said and they seem to be uninterested and reiterated we needed to follow the 830 turn off….was a bit unsettling as we felt we were being watched n the house

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this Dillon Beach house. The upstairs is incredibly comfy and cozy. The view is amazing. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We would have preferred a fitted sheet on the King size bed but that is such a small detail for a great house. The kitchen could use a few things, like coffee filters for the coffee pot and dishes that are microwave safe. We enjoyed walking on Dillon Beach and we had a few incredible hikes in Point Reyes. We will definitely return to this house. It was an added bonus that we could bring our little dog. Stacey was an excellent host, always available. Thank you Stacey.

Such a beautiful house and location. We came for a quiet 3 days and we got exactly what we were looking for. Well equipped house in a wonderful location. I enjoyed running down and back to the beach, watching the deer and of course the views and fantastic sunsets. Super comfy beds and couch, awesome TV and great kitchen/dining. Very dog friendly. We will definitely be back!
