The duplex was amazing!! Everything we could possibly need was available..located just a couple houses up from the beach. The only issue that could maybe be an issue (it wasnt for us), were all the stairs. You enter on the 2 bedroom level, 2 more great bedrooms down stairs, kitchen /living room level was up on 2nd floor and amazing rooftop deck was up another flight.
HIGHLY recommend and would definitely stay again!!

My girlfriends and I had the best time celebrating a 50th birthday! The house was even nicer in person than online. We had crazy unexpected weather in October and were grateful for the heat pumps in nearly every room to cool us down. The rooftop deck was incredible for evening sunsets and morning coffee. The beach is at the end of the road and was just beautiful. Beth was so easy to communicate with and made herself very available. She was very specific with instructions and where everything was located. So appreciated! We are definitely coming back!

3 families, 3 generations! This house was just perfect for us. The house was super clean and comfortable. It had the perfect bedroom setup to accommodate, grandmas, daughters and granddaughters! We loved the rooftop deck…it had plenty of comfortable seating and you can see the fireworks perfectly from there. We loved the location in a quiet part of Hampton Beach, just a short walk to the beach and the boardwalk. The owner was very responsive and friendly. We highly recommend this home and look forward to returning next year!

We had a great week! The house was perfect for our large family with two babies. We loved all the space. The living room and kitchen were great for family games and dinners. We appreciated the AC and washer & dryer so much! It was nice to have tinfoil, trash bags, dish detergent, laundry detergent...so many things stocked. I communicated with the property manager frequently and she was very responsive and helpful. Thank you!

This was "as advertised"... Very clean...Very close to the beach and far enough away from the busy and noisy area of Hampton Beach. We call it "one stop shopping" ...Once you arrive, everything is nearby. (Shopping, food and arcades for the kids...) The upper deck is Fabulous!! Spent mornings for breakfast and afternoons for happy hour. We can't wait for another family time visit...Thank you to Beth and Brian...

We loved our stay in Hampton at the B&B! The owners were so easy to work with, and everything was as described! Loved breakfast on the roof deck and our easy walk to the beach as well as downtown! Highly recommend!

Such a wonderful place to stay. We were able to walk to the beach and restaurants within minutes. The deck was awesome. The beds were very comfortable and the house was spotless. Beth was very good at keeping in touch before we got there and her checkout instructions were very simple and clear. Highly recommend!!

Every year my mother, sisters and nieces go away near Mother’s Day. We try a different place every year. This house was so perfect for us that we will be back!! The roof deck is fantastic! It is so big and there is room to fit everyone.
The whole place was so clean and so spacious. More than enough room for everyone.
A tiny walk to the beach and far enough away from the center to not hear the noise. Still close enough to walk to.
We were all so happy there. We will be sure to be back. The property manager was so friendly and so quick to respond to any questions I had. I recommend this rental to anyone who wants a restful, fun, and enjoyable stay at the beach.

Very nice, clean house with awesome roof deck for ocean view. Great location, short walk to the beach. Fully equipped with all of the amenities we needed. Excellent communication with owner. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely like to return again.

We had a large group with a baby for a birthday weekend. The place was excellent, 3 floors so we had room to spread out with the baby. Extremely clean, comfy beds, large open kitchen/living area, and an AMAZING roof deck!!! Only downfall was the weather while we were there, we wanted to spend more time on the roof deck! Definitely a great place with walking distance to the beach!

From the get-go, our booking this place for our annual family October weekend was stress-free. The host is quick to respond, and flexible with requests. Our favorite aspect for staying at this lovely place was its proximity to the town/beach, but enough distance to enjoy a quiet night’s sleep without interruption from the town’s typical weekend bar/street noise. We’ll be back!

This place has a lot of space for large groups. Plenty of sleeping areas. We had 3 couples. Very short walk to the beach which is clean, wide with soft sand. Beautiful view of the ocean from the top deck.

I stayed here with friends for one night and it was a really lovely spot, close to the beach and downtown hampton beach. only wish we had more time there! Beth was a communicative host and I look forward to our next visit.

This property was a piece of heaven. You can literally feel the beautiful sand from the home. Roof deck was where we lived basically as it had amazing seating and sunset views. Close (5-10 min walk to all of the activity - which was great to get to casino ballroom and bernies). I know this area well and would choose Beth’s home over any place directly next to the busy-ness any day. I cannot wait to come back. So much space, you can tell how much she and her family love this home. What an great value!!!

Great beach access! So convenient and the water was perfect this past week-68 degrees..
Roof top deck-spectacular views of the area. Perfect for viewing the fireworks on Wed nite. The sunsets were breathtaking.. Spacious for entire family & guests!
Kitchen was equipped with everything possible. Eating area was spacious and living room was relaxing.
Beds were comfortable and Ac throughout the house cooled all areas.
The lower level worked out great for my daughter & son-in-law and their guest.
Fit 4cars in the driveway which was great for visitors!
Can’t wait for next year already!

Property was just as described. Beth was a pleasure to communicate with and quick to respond when I reached out about possibly dropping off luggage before check in time and to confirm last minute questions.
Location was walkable to the strip and super close to the beach. The strip gets a little active at night but makes for great people watching! :)
We enjoyed our morning coffee on the rooftop and had a wonderful surprise fireworks display on our last night. I was a little worried about only having one shower with the night we had 7 people but it wasn’t an issue.
Even though the beach and strip were busy, we were cozy and comfortable during our stay.

Fantastic Hampton Beach property
If you are staying at Hampton Beach, this is where you want to stay! The house is wonderful with everything you need. The beds were all comfortable and the roof top deck is amazing! Had to reach out to Beth a couple times and she was quick to reply and incredibly helpful. If we find ourselves back in the New Hampshire area, we will undoubtedly want to stay here!
