We had a wonderful time! House was lovely. Everything we needed was provided! Beds comfortable and bathrooms really nice. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub very much. Highly recommend this location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Our family of 9 + dog loved this home. We had more than enough room for everyone. Our only struggle was only having 2 showers for that many people, but we made it work. The bedrooms were spacious & the game room was a big hit with the teens. There were lots of board games & card games in the game room, but most were missing pieces & dice. The pool was much bigger & deeper (8') than the pools at other homes we have rented, which was nice. In fact we only went to the beach one day & hung out at the pool the rest of the time. One suggestion would be to have the pool cleaned more than once a week. The constant wind blew leaves and pine needles into the pool, but we kept up with it ourselves with the pool net. Our dog loved the fenced-in back yard & we loved being able to have our dog with us on vacation. The owners were great to work with & were very patient & responsive to our many questions. They even came to the house & took the garbage out to the curb on garbage night & came back the next day to bring the cans back to the house. Unlike other properties we have rented, the owners provided a binder of information including recommended restaurants & other helpful information, including WiFi pass codes. All light switches were labeled, making it easy to navigate throughout the house. The kitchen was so well stocked that there wasn't room in the cupboards for food. But we just kept it out on the counter. We would definitely rent this property again. Thank you Dan & Patty!

Had a great time! House was big enough for our group of family and friends. Plenty room to spread out. Pool was perfect and heated at just the right temperature. Nice to have hot tub in the back porch area instead of outdoors. Appreciated having extra towels that were available. Enjoyed the large dining room table where we could all gather to eat and play games. Watched the Blue Angels practice from the driveway! Would recommend.

We had a great experience. The property owners were very responsive. The area was amazingly close to everything.

Upon arrival there were a few issues but once the property manager was notified all issues were taken care of right away! House was very spacious kids loved the game room and pool! We had a blast here! Only complaint not very open to an early check in asked property manager about it 2 weeks prior she gave me her number and said message when we were in town but when we messaged her we never heard anything. But all in all a great stay!

We loved our week at this house. Other family members house was not equipped for anything so had more members daily than planned. Rec room was a huge hit for everyone. Loved that we could seat so mant for meals. We will rent again on our next trip to Pensacola. Love it!!

What a wonderful 5 days we had at this house. Our family of 8, all 18 and over enjoyed the pool, hot tub and game room. The bedrooms and bed space were plentiful, enough space for everyone. The house was fully stocked so you could easily just pack clothing and enjoy. The neighbors were friendly and engaged conversation with us about the baby Heron in the trees. Location was a perfect distance from boating, fishing, beaches and activities.

The house was very clean and full of amenities. It is much more spacious than it seems in the pictures. It was the perfect getaway for a 3 generation family. The private pool and hot tub were amazing. Back yard is completely fenced in (our small dog was glad to be able to roam free) and backs up to a waterway. The kids enjoyed the game room so much I don’t think they even slept in their beds! Large washer/dryer, kitchen was stocked with everything imaginable. The bedrooms were large and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Owner was very nice and quick to replace an empty propane tank on the grill for us. The property is close to many public beaches on the gulf and Orange Beach. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay and the extra space that a house provides vs a condo. Our dogs loved the backyard. The home was not completely ready for us when we arrived because the hot tub and pool had beer bottles in it. Hot tub was obviously dirty and low on water. The manager was quick to respond and had pool people over the next day. However, due to new chemicals the hot tub was not useable for several days. They were very apologetic. However, no refund was offered.

The owners did a wonderful job making sure the house was packed with everything a family would need! From beach towels for all, sporting equipment, and toiletries to kid-friendly kitchen dishes and utensils and even a high chair! This house had it all! The location was perfect, right off a lagoon and less than 10 minutes to the beach, it definitely felt like our home away for home. We hope to be back soon!
