Booked this for a weekend family trip and was the perfect getaway! Check-in was easy and the place was exactly as the photos showed - clean, spacious and just a block from the beach. Glad to have this place as part of our memories!

Everything was great. The home was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The location was amazing! We especially loved the wine fridge and the park close by.

Perfect location between the bay and water. I was impressed with all the kitchen and bathroom supplies. Most places are lacking in this area. Very clean and comfortable beds.

We had a wonderful stay and would certainly rent again. Perfect location, very clean, great patio, and extremely accommodating overall.
I did, however, have a hard time reaching the property manager when we needed them. The first night we could not figure out how to turn on the fire pit so I reached out via text to the PM company and from the messages I received back it was clear that I was either talking to a bot, or an outsourced firm that have never stepped foot on the property. Very annoying but not the end of the world. A local rep was able to reach out the next day to resolve the issue.
The only other issue we had was that the BBQ was not in working order. It was completely rusted out and when I turned it on rusty pieces of the metal heat plate above the burner began to pop out like pop corn. The management company sent someone out to replace the heat plates but they could not find the right size. It was a disappointment because we had planned on using it a lot for the 4 nights we were there. Thankfully there were plenty of dining options within walking distance.

I would stay here again. Place was great, roomy and close walk to beach. It was very quiet area. Garage fit 2 small SUVs. Hoping to book this place again next year.

Location, location, location! Grandparents traveling with kids who have a toddler and twin babies - worked out perfectly. The location is one minute from the bay and three minutes to the beach. The patio is a great place for kids to play and be secure plus a park right in front. Great kitchen and washer/dryer! Will definitely be back next year!

We loved our week long stay at this property. It had everything we were hoping for…..best location (steps to the bay, and across the street from the beach), fabulously decorated, comfortable beds/bedding, spotless upon arrival, perfect front patio that everyone enjoyed, and all the beach necessities we would want - beach chairs, beach towels, and bike cruisers. Stayed there during July 4th week and festivities, so it was close enough to all the action, but still private/quiet.
The property management company was very easy to communicate with and prompt to respond to any questions; we will definitely be BACK!!

Overall this is a nice place to stay. A few things do require attention. First, this listing and pictures would have you believe you are renting a house...you are not, this is a condo. You get the bottom level and bedrooms upstairs. Your bedrooms are not over your living room so you can hear people upstairs when in your living room and when in your bedrooms. The building has a 3rd floor you can't see from the pictures so that you have upstairs neighbors even over the second floor bedrooms. Not really a bad thing, but should be disclosed. We were unfortunate enough to have a troop of river dancing girl scouts staying in the top unit and it was impossible to put our 3 year old down for a nap when they were practicing. Pretty disappointing given that we thought we were booking a single family home, which was a requirement because of our light sleeper. Aside from that, the bedrooms, linens and bathrooms were exceptionally clean. Kitchen and living area not so much. Couch is stained and all cups, plates and utensils had caked on old food on them. Turns out the problem was with the dishwasher, it just didn't work well. If you hope to cook, bring your own knives. The ones there are rusted and left everything we tried cutting with them black. Your choices of pots are one stainless steel one which also left a bunch of black residue or scratched up teflon. Garage is NARROW. You won't be able to park anything widen than a standard sedan in there and that's with occupants exiting before parking and folding in your mirrors. There is however street parking by the park and we saw spots pop up throughout the day. The location is amazing, short walk to the beach and an even shorter one to the bay side. We bought sand toys and left them in the garage for other kids to enjoy. In summary, this place can be really great, it just needs a few more supplies to truly make it functional (and perhaps someone to come look at the dishwasher). overall we had a really wonderful stay and a great home base to explore San Diego from.
