Great location with easy access to anywhere you wanted to go. Cozy and comfy and clean!!
Host was great! Let us check in early after we had driven 5 hours in bad weather , so that was really nice.

Cozy, clean, and quiet. Checking in was very easy. Amenities in the place were thoughtful and useful. The shower pressure was wonderful. The neighborhood is well kept and conveniently located.

The house was very accommodating. It was very pretty everything you could need or want was in the kitchen. It is definitely a nice place to rent if you're in town just to relax. The neighbors are friendly and the host was reachable at all times. I enjoyed my stay there so much i stayed 2 extra weeks. You will enjoy renting this beautiful home.

We were very comfortable and pleased with our stay here. There was plenty of space, which was all tastefully and comfortably appointed. There were plenty of amenities and we had everything we needed. It was well located and easy to find, which is good because we would definitely stay here for future trips to the Birmingham area!

If you’re ever in the Birmingham or Hoover area in Alabama, you want to book this place. The hospitality from the owner was breathtaking to me. They’re complimentary snacks, water, household cleaning supplies, washer and dryer, cooking supplies, etc. you name it it was there. If I could explain my stay in one word, it would be , “Tranquility.”

We were in town to see our daughter at UA and to go to a game. This was a perfect place to stay — excellent accommodations without the big price tag in Tuscaloosa. Clean, quiet, comfortable, and relaxing.

The location was spot on for our activities- in town for Grandson's Band Competition and Performance; Very Clean and thoughtful; Responsive Host. However, the last night there was an altercation in the parking lot outside of our condo and the police had to be called- may have been an only occurrence but it clouded the stay.

Just perfect for my husband and I. Granddaughter stayed a couple of nights, had fold out cot for her. Nice, clean, quite neighborhood, close to shopping, restaurants and baseball fields, which we were there for. Highly recommend

My husband was visiting Hoover to watch our son play baseball. The listing was the perfect location. The unit was very clean and well maintained. Karin was very easy to work with and very responsive.

Everything was so awesome! Wished it was available for our stay in July. One small issue was didn't have a key to use the pool, but would definitely recommend and hope to return!!

My husband and I were traveling to see our grandbabies and needed a place close. This place was PERFECT:)) We needed close by and it was like 3 miles and close to our family plus restaurants, shopping and anything else you would need. The Hoover/Pelham area is a great place anyway. The condo had everything we needed . There was plenty of space and the location was quiet and easy to access. The amenities were great right down to the single serve coffee pot which I had never used one of these before. It was not a Keurig either. All you needed was ground coffee and water. So super easy to use. We are coffee drinkers so the coffee pot was important. The bed was very comfortable which is always an important part of a stay especially when traveling. It really felt like being at home. Tastefully decorated as well which is always a plus. We would have no issue staying there again. Host was helpful and prompt with responses.

My wife and I were looking for a small pet-friendly VRBO while we were in town visiting family. This place fit the bill completely. It was modern, well-furnished, and meticulously clean. Our family is a little scattered, so the central location and easy access to I-65 made this a good choice for us. Completely satisified. We will likely book again for a May 2023 trip.

Great hotel alternative
Came for a work trip and found this place to be a great alternative to staying in a hotel. Most all amenities that you would normally have at your house. Would recommend to anyone looking for more space than a hotel with family.

Excellent! This property was immaculate. The building and neighborhood were very quiet and peaceful. Plenty of parking close to the unit was very convenient. The location was great!! Short to drive to everything. No surprises here. A great stay for the money!!!

We recently stayed at this property to attend our grandsons four ball golf championship at the Country Club of Birmingham. We needed to book an extra night and Karin was prompt and very helpful to make that happen. This property is very clean and beautifully updated with everything we could ask for. And a very pleasant surprise was the beautiful artwork. Thank you Karin for being such an accommodating hostess.
