We loved this modern, clean home!! It fit our needs absolutely perfect! The home was filled with everything we needed and exceeded our expectations. It is updated so cute and was so clean! There was also everything we needed for the beach at the house. We will definitely reccomend to our friends and when we are back to Kauai, we will definitely be staying here again! We liked everything about this place . It’s clean, nice neighbourhood and house looks even better then on the pictures. Kitchen is fully equipped, a lot of space and natural light , it’s perfect for a company of eight people) so, if you are planning on staying here, you won’t regret)

The house was perfect for the 2 of us, although it would also be good for a family as it was very spacious. The living room and kitchen were lovely and the kitchen was fully equipped. The bedrooms downstairs had a “ Jack and Jill “ set up … just to be aware for groups ( that would not have worked for us if our adult children had come along.) the location is very convenient for getting to the main road, which made it faster to get other places for the day. We felt good coming “home” to the house at the end of the day.

Our experience was amazing in every way. The house was a perfect set up and furnished with everything you need to have a enjoyable stay. Centrally located in a beautiful neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this home for a family vacation.

My family and I recently stayed at Surf Hale and I can’t rave enough about this house! My husband, our three young children and my dad and step mom were so impressed by how beautiful and comfortable Surf Hale is. It fit everyone’s needs perfectly and we all had plenty of room. Despite being in a neighborhood, our stay was very quiet. The house was stocked beyond our expectations with beach towels, beach equipment, kitchen tools, and necessities. It was incredibly clean and everything was in working order. To my amazement, the property managers sent John right over to collect our garbage when it wasn’t picked up by the trash collectors. John is so nice and we had a great chat! The air conditioning was a huge bonus as so many other Kauai rentals do not have a/c. This was the absolute PERFECT place to stay for our return to Kauai and we can’t wait wait to return AGAIN!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed Surf Hale. The home was extremely clean and well supplied. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet (except the occasional rooster!)The beach gear was a big bonus. The beds were comfortable and clean. The kitchen had pretty much everything you need to cook at home. The only suggestion I have would be to add two kids bikes to compliment the adult beach cruisers. I would highly recommend.

This property was one of the better properties that we stayed at for our family. We have grown children, and it is really important for each to be able to have their own space but also a space for gathering. This house offered both. There was a bit of confusion and pressure early on with the rental potentially being replaced with another, but we were able to eventually work that out. Overall great stay!

We’re been coming to Princeville for over 30 years and this is one of our favorite homes. Everything was perfect, and roomy for the 5 of us. Lots of amenities: BBQ, Beach, etc. wish we had working bikes though to get around. Bikes were locked down and one tire was flat and uninflatable. The kitchen is beautiful and perfect for family dinners.Mahalo Suf Hale!

My wife and I hosted our 2 daughters and son and each of their spouses. Surf Hale was a well appointed, modernly furnished, spacious and comfortable. The master shower was huge. The Princeville area is the perfect spot and beautiful. Do yourself a favor and eat Breakfast and lunch at the 76 Station at the entrance to the community. Extremely good good. We will definitely stay at Dun Hale again.

Princeville Excellence
The rental house was ginormous and fabulous in a beautiful location. The property contact person (Sara) was wonderful. I contacted her several times with questions and clarification and she was quick to respond, polite and professional. Me and my family had a wonderful vacation and made many memories.

We had an amazing stay at the Surf Hale home! It was the perfect accomodation for our large family. This was one of the few vacation rentals that was actually better in person than in pictures (even though the pictures made the house look great!). Very clean home with high end amenities, and located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. We were a short drive to many top destinations on the island, and loved all the beach gear that came with the home. As someone who has had his share of vacation rental disappointments, I cannot recommend this home more. Already looking forward to coming back here in the future!

Perfect House!
This house was the perfect home base for my family of five. The house is very comfortable and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet (except the rosters, which the kids loved), and central to a lot of fun beaches and great Kauai excursions. I can’t wait to come back!
