We had a great time. The house is right on the beach and we practically had the beach to ourselves. I am sure that was partially due to the time of year, but it was beautiful

A wonderful place to stay! Everything was top notch, clean, organized, nicely furnished, upkept well. Loved that it was right on the beachfront, had multiple balconies, private walkways to beach. Appreciated having a highchair and pack and play, chairs and umbrella already there and available to use. Owner was very quick to respond and assist with any problem or questions. Hot tubs and pool area well kept and clean. Elevators were so helpful, door locks with codes worked great. Beds were like sleeping on clouds! You could tell that every detail was well thought out and owner takes pride in his rental. Will definitely be staying again and recommending to friends! Communication about stay was ample, giving a guidebook with recommendations and how to use things. Super helpful.

Family stayed 4 nights ocean front. Wonderful!! Walk down the stairs and you are on the beach. Our unit was clean and plenty of room for 9. Easy access instructions and the elevator really helped.

This is the best property we have stayed at in our many years of vacationing.

This was a working vacation for us. The location was ideal for our teens to enjoy the beach and fishing pier without worry. We loved having the 3rd floor suite to ourselves and each kid had their own space which was an added bonus. The owner was quick to respond with any questions we had. The only issue was missing beach chairs which we relied on since the description said they were included. I suspect prior guests didn't store them where they should have and I am confident the property owner will replace them. Definitely recommend a seafood pot from Topsail Steamer. That was a highlight for us as restaurants in the area are packed and service can be slow.

Our family spent a week in this beautiful home and it could not have been more perfect! The home itself is beautifully decorated and designed for comfortable beach living. The views from every window are captivating. Waking up and enjoying coffee on the balcony outside the master suite (which is the entire upper level!) and watching the ocean and listening to the waves was our favorite way for start our day before heading down to the kids. Being able to walk out the door and be on the beach was such a relaxing way to spend the days. Pradhant and his wife were excellent hosts by having all of the amentities available for our use….not only just the standard linens and kitchen items, not to mention the pool, hot tubs and elevator, but beach chairs and umbrella, body boards to surf the ocean waves…..They have thought of everything to make this a perfect vacation of relaxation. They made check in and check out very easy and smooth and were very quick to respond to a few questions we had. We have our new favorite place :-)

We really enjoyed our stay and had a great time! The house was well supplied with all the necessities such as linens, bath towels, beach towels, starter supply of coffee, creamer and sugar, trash bags, dish washer detergent and washing machine detergent. The place was near spotless. My one minor gripe was that it was kind of icky under the couch in the living room -mostly dust bunnies but some bits of food. Since the furniture slid so easily and my toddler could reach under easily I would have liked that to be vacuumed or swept under. The first or second day we were there the pool was not warm enough though it was advertised as a heated pool through May but the renting agent was very responsive and pool people were out to correct the issue right away. Our weather for most of our stay was rainy and chilly so not great for beach or pool but the house has smart TVs in living room and all the bedrooms so that came in handy for entertaining my son when we couldn’t go outside. Providing a high chair and pack’n’play was a really nice kid-friendly touch and both were in very good and clean condition. And the view was spectacular even in stormy weather. Nearly everything was perfect and we’d definitely return. Even told my sis it would be a great venue for the small intimate beach wedding she is thinking about.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property, it’s in a great area and the view of the ocean is amazing. Decorated cute and very clean. Quick responses to any questions/needs. I would highly recommend.
