This condo was clean, updated, comfortable, 2 huge tvs, pub height chairs and table on the balcony, and nicely decorated. The kitchen had all of the basic gadgets and tools that we needed. We appreciated the ice maker and the water dispenser on the refrigerator. The view of the sunset was really nice. I was concerned about not being straight on to the water with the condo being on the west side of the building. We still had great views from our balcony.
My favorite part was the 2 patio doors to the balcony with one being in the bedroom. We had a perfect week!

The listing was accurate and room was clean with comfortable bed/furniture. Great communication from the owners and check-in process was seamless. Kitchen was very well stocked with cooking supplies: bakeware, pans, coffee, utensils and the like but zero extras (spices, foil, etc.). The biggest complaint we had was the giant, high top patio table with heavy, railing height chairs - not a very comfortable space to enjoy the view. Condo is in a great location that was central to many attractions, within walking distance to a few, along with a short walk to some restaurants and shops. Good amenities within the condo - the room and all on-site facilities met our needs for a great week! Great place!

The unit was SO clean! We were very impressed. Please let your housekeeper know! We had an amazing time but I think the time of year we went was the big reason. The bed was very comfy. Any Sundestin employee we dealt with was friendly. We weren’t impressed with the food at the bar and grill but the drinks were great! We would totally recommend this place a great room for a couples getaway!

We had a wonderful stay and loved this condo! It was so easy to get to the beach and was absolutely wonderful time. The kids enjoyed it as well. Can't wait to come back!

This place was AMAZING!! The balcony view was absolutely phenomenal! It was beyond perfection clean and the decor was so beautiful inside. Gorgeous natural light coming through the bedroom. This place went above and beyond my expectations. If I could give 10 stars I would! I really hope to make this an every year visit/experience! Everything was so incredibly fantastic! Thanks so much!!

I could not say enough about this condo. It was absolutely perfect. From the moment we walked in it felt like home. We were welcomed with flowers and a goody basket. Updated appliances, clean, comfortable. Perfect for our family of 4. Beautiful view from the balcony. All of the additional amenities in this resort were wonderful. The staff at this resort were all so kind. Would absolutely recommend and stay again.

My wife and I were very pleased with our stay here! The moment you walk into the condo you get this feeling of home. Great views of the ocean and beach as well as a view facing the city if thats your thing. Very comfortable furniture, up to date appliances, and a lovely king sized bed that makes you feel like you are floating on clouds as you sleep. If you are considering renting this property for your vacation or honeymoon as we did, it is well worth every penny!

This is a nicely update clean condo. It has a nice view and is on the corner of the building so there is privacy from neighbors. Check in is easy. Centrally located. Highly recommend.

This location was fantastic. It’s close to restaurants around the area. But our main focus was being on the beach and the view. And boy it did not disappoint. The description was on point! Breath taking views! The condo was so clean and just perfect for our little family. I highly recommend staying here!

Condo was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the unit was decorated beautifully and fully stocked! Would definitely stay in this condo unit again. No complaints at all with this unit; however, the front desk wouldn't let any of the renters check in until 4:00 on the nose (not one minute early), so people were lined up waiting to check in, which resulted in long waits for luggage carts and elevators. Bring a tent for the beach, Sundestin won't let you bring your own umbrella!

View was great day and night.
However this area is congested and there was some noise at night from the beach.
If you’re looking for a quiet getaway this is not the area but if you like being in the middle of activity go for it!

Kirk’s property was immaculate! Superbly decorated and super comfortable for my husband and mines 5 night stay. We loved our huge ocean view off the 16th floor balcony which accommodated a large high top table and high seated chairs that we used all the time! The kitchen was so nice and it was loaded with all that we needed to prep and cook our meals.
We would highly recommend this property and will definitely be back! We shall miss the awesome view and accommodation.

Enjoyed our stay at SunDestin first timers will be back. Saturday more busy could not be on balcony to often we stayed at a non smoking room, but somewhere close was enjoying weed, that is fine but we are just not into it and the smell of skunk was not enjoyable. Luckily we spent most of the day at the beach. But first thing and last thing every day the skunk was strong aroma.

This oceanfront condo was perfect for our five day visit to Destin. Beautiful view, great location, condo was spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed. It was exactly as described! Loved the layout of sundestin and all the amenities! One rainy day was spent in the gym ,sauna,steam room ,hotubs and relaxing in our beautiful room.

As you walk into the condo you notice the updated kitchen, beautiful tiled floors, and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the ocean where we watched the dolphins and schools of fish swim by. The bedroom was very comfortable as well. The location was perfect!

Wife and I rented this condo to escape the cold. The beaches are amazing. The location was good, but renting a car for the week was key. Bars/restaurants were not within walking distance but the drive was very easy to access numerous bars/restaurants. The condo was super clean and views are unbeatable. If you want a beach vacation, this is a great place to do it.
