The condo was in the perfect location for what my family wanted to do ( ElYunque, Luqullo Beach and Kiosks, and Bio Bay). They had all the comforts of home available (coffee, tea, sunblock, blender). The view and balcony make you never want to leave. The beach, restraint, and bar were great! My husband won 1,000 bucks at the casino. Directions for the house were laid out right on the counter. The only constructive criticism I could make would be to send the tips via email earlier than 24 hours because the gate, key cards, and getting to the location within the resort were confusing, especially at night when we finally arrived. We figured it out by the end of the next day. I would definitely stay here again!!

A great location for our daughter's rainforest wedding. I was a little bit leary that we would be too far away from all of the action but trusted all of the 5.0 reviews and decided (at the end of the week) that we had the best VRBO of them all! Very well equipped and property manager was very responsive.

So well stocked. Everything you could need, basically like a hotel. Really liked the condo. Nice centralized location for activities. Private beach and pool were really nice. Mary was great in answering my questions.

This was a beautiful condo. It had many extra amenities and was very spacious. It was a bit far from everything on the resort, but having the golf cart was an asset.
One suggestion would be to spray for ants in the bathroom and kitchen.

We had an amazing time! The property was perfect for our family! All the little things were thought of from the blackstone grill, to the ice maker, kids toys, beach towels etc. It was absolutely perfect! We will definitely stay again in the future! The host and property manager answered all my questions and were both very helpful. If you are looking for a 4 bed 4 bath with close proximity to everything, I would stay here! Thank you again!

Great place to stay close to El Yunque. All of the little things were thought of (beach towels, umbrellas, chairs) and the property was clean and spacious. Very communicative, would definitely recommend a stay here.

What a fantastic family friendly property! We had a super week at this villa. The pictures and description were exactly what was described. We enjoyed coffee every morning on the deck and looked out at the ocean with our kids. It was a short golf cart ride to the beach where the water was warm with a beautiful beach! We were able to walk around the Wyndham resort and enjoy the entire community. We rented a car and had easy access to great local restaurants, rain forest and other fun activities. Mary had great local recommendations and she was extremely responsive. This was extremely family friendly for our entire family! We would definitely stay at this property again.

This condo was just as advertised. It is very spacious. It has four bedrooms, four baths with good size rooms. The balcony is very nice with a view of the ocean. The house is loaded with extras for cooking and even with boogie boards! The property manager is amazing. She gets back to you right away with any questions at any time of the day. I highly recommend this condominium. The golf cart was definitely an added bonus. It is nice to be able to take the golf cart to the beach without getting into a car. Either way it's very easy to manage. There's tons of parking at the residence beach. The lounge chairs are so comfortable.The residence beach really was nicer than the hotel beach. On the weekends, there's a grill and bar at the residence pool with acai bowl truck.

Loved the condo. It was spacious and accommodated our family of 7. The location was excellent. The golf cart to get around the property was great. The 4 bathrooms were good. We spent lots of time on the balcony watching the view.

We were very happy with the place. It was in a gated community so we felt very safe. The beds were very comfortable. Lots of pillows to choose from. Great view from the balcony. There were plenty of towels for us to use. They also had plenty of beach things for us to use. Not that we cooked a lot, there was enough dishes if you wanted to cook. We did have a hard time finding the place once we got into the resort but we did eventually find it. I had a little trouble opening the door but the owner was very quick to text me back as we did not get to the villa till around 9:30 pm due to our flight getting in at 8:30 pm. Loved the use of the golf cart to get to the beach. Beach was nice and not overcrowded, pretty clean also. The only downside was that there seemed to not be a lot of hot water when taking a shower. I would definitely stay here again and recommend others stay there also.

This property was beautifully decorated, very clean and spacious with 4 bedroom and 4 bath and conveniently located. The Villa had a welcoming feel with many amenities to help make your stay comfortable. We totally enjoyed our stay and would return.

This Villa was a wonderful place to stay in Puerto Rico! It was very spacious and clean and had everything we wanted and needed! It was close to lots of great restaurants off property. Also had gorgeous beach access as well as nice pools! We’ll be back!

We had a great stay in Puerto Rico at this condo. It had everything we needed, and the property manager was superb. She responded right away whenever we had questions or needed anything. and was always available to help us. There is a lot to do on the island, and this was the perfect place for our family of 7 to have as our home base.

The condo is awesome: clean, spacious, with an open feel. There are well written instructions that answered any questions we may have had. We love to cook and were able to prepare great meals in a kitchen stocked with the necessary equipment. Being able to eat on the porch was a plus. The master bedroom is great with a comfortable bed and lots of room. The other bedrooms were comfortable as well. The grandkids found all the toys they needed for the pool and beach. The condo comes with a golf cart that helps to get around the complex, which is quite big. We would definitely come back. For some reason there was a delay in getting the steps for opening the gate to the cluster where we were staying through VRBO and there was a bit of a mixup. A quick phone call to Mary and we were in. Thanks Mary!

We went for a week for a family wedding in Rio Mar. The location was perfect. The amount of bedrooms and bathrooms is ideal for privacy. The view from the balcony stunning. The unit is very well appointed and very pretty.
The instructions were very specific and easy to follow.

We wanted a four bedroom apt in the Rio Mar resort and they are hard to find and this place fit the bill. Rio Mar is in general a great place to stay. We have stayed there many times. This particular unit was not the newest or the best we have stayed at but it was far from the worst.

This property was beautiful and spacious. The property manager was amazing and very responsive. We locked ourselves out one afternoon and received a response and help to get back in within 10mins. Property was clean and comfortable. All guides were so well made and clear. Amazing trip. Also , great taco up the road for a late night bite Los panzas I think it’s called.

As I wrote to the host, they were extremely responsive and reassuring in making us not worry over our stay/check-out.
This unit was located within the Wyndham Grand Rio complex.
With it being near a hotel, you had the ability to go to the hotel's casino and restaurants. That was very convenient the last two nights.
We very much loved our stay and felt very comfortable in the unit. The hosts were extremely helpful, communicative, and available if we had any questions/issues. They offered great dining and activity suggestions.
I would highly recommend this place for anyone traveling with a group of 6 or more or even with family.
We enjoyed using the pool near the beach and were beyond happy and comfortable with our overall experience.

The pictures give an accurate reflection of the property. The view from the balcony is amazing! There were 6 adults and two small children and we had so much space. We ate breakfast on the balcony. Cathy did a great job in leaving us beach toys for the kids to play with along with a chair we used when we went fishing off the pier. Margaritaville and the Casino in the Hotel were so much fun plus we were minutes away from the local food vendors on the beach. I highly recommend this villa, we were away from the hustle of San Juan. we plan to return.

This condo was a great choice for our family’s spring break. The property was even better than described and had everything we hoped for…easy to book, super clean, spacious, great views of the beautiful ocean, 2 pools, and all the amenities one could ask for.
From the moment we booked the trip Cathy proactively made sure we were prepared to have a wonderful time on the island by providing guidance on where and how to book activities during our stay.
The property is conveniently located near stores and restaurants and was a short drive to El Yunque rainforest. We would recommend renting a car during your stay. Driving around is very manageable and having a car allows you to explore the many beautiful and diverse things the island has to offer.
Unfortunately our trip coincided with an island wide power outage that made things a little more adventurous. Thankfully there was a generator on site! Although this situation was out of Cathy’s control, she did all she could to make sure our visit was as comfortable as possible. If we get a chance to visit Puerto Rico again, without hesitation we would book this rental.
