The house comes with everything we needed. The kitchen is well equiped and the gas fireplace was very cosy. The small fenced backyard was fine for letting the dog out in the morning without having to gear up to go out. It is an easy walk to downtown for dinner and short drive to all the ocean you could ever want!

This is our second stay and we are continued to be very happy with the accommodations. The master is spacious and we love the enormous bathroom. The photos are accurate. The kitchen is well equipped and the garage is a bonus. We'll stay here again!

We liked the house a lot. Slightly off the main path to downtown and only a 10 min walk to Commercial Street. It is only a two min walk to the supermarket and a bike rental. Lots of room and an excellent outdoor space. Spices and kitchen supplies were ample for any basic cooking or grilling. When we arrived, everything was very very clean.
Minor overlooked detail is that there could be more paper products provided (toilet tissue, tissues, and paper towels). For our two week stay, we needed to buy some ourselves and left them behind for the next guest.
Overall a very good experience. And would definitely rent this property again.

This recently renovated house was great for our needs. Past house rentals we have had in Provincetown had noise problems from shared walls with neighbors. This house is standalone and in a quiet neighborhood, yet still a 10 minute walk to Commercial. The house was clean and has modern appliances and a well-functioning HVAC system. The primary suite is especially nice with both a spacious bedroom and bathroom.
One slight issue we had , noted by others, is that it can be hard to get detailed, specific answers since you are dealing with a management company and not the owner. It took 3 tries and several weeks to learn whether the skylights have shades (they do).

This is the second time we have stayed here and we love it. Its quiet but also still a 10-15 min walk to Commercial St, and a ~5 min drive to the beach. Great location.

Lovely home - tasteful and comfortable decor. Plenty of space. Upstairs master suite was above the usual for a rental - extremely nice. Quiet, dead end private road. Sitting on rockers on the front porch so relaxing. Easy in and out. Highly recommend.

This is a nice house, lovely kitchen, enormous master bedroom/bath. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, It does need a new couch though, it was ok for the week, but not the most comfortable, or as attractive as the rest of the house..

We found this property to be super clean, comfortable, and just a short walk to everything we wanted to do. We also loved there was a dog park just a few minutes walk from the property. The only issue we had was not being able to turn on the TV in the living room. We reached out the property manger Saturday morning and received a response, but ultimately never received help. I think that's one issue with a large property management company, but otherwise our stay was amazing.

Great, Spacious, and Modern
This home is a gem right off Shankpainter Road. Four adults stayed there very comfortably. The bathrooms were huge as was the upstairs master suite. The amenities were tremendous. We loved our stay.

Excellent Stay
Secluded yet very close to downtown and public parking. The house is gorgeous and very comfortable. We were greeted with a Valentine and chocolates. Kitchen was well stocked and there were an incredible amount of towels. Beds were very comfortable.

The bedrooms were a great size, the pull-out sofa was comfy and the fire place made for such a warm and cozy vibe. The upgraded appliances were lovely and 2 kinds of coffee makers kept everyone happy.

As soon as we entered this home, we were blown away by the cleanliness, all the supplies in the kitchen, I didn't need 3/4 of what I brought with me. The only thing that there could be more of would be tissues, only 1 box on the main level. The upstairs King sized bed was great, I like a harder mattress and it didn't disappoint, the bamboo pillows were also a welcomed delight! If you want to grill or cook, this is the place to do it, all you have to bring are your groceries. The spot itself was very relaxing, quiet & on a private street. Very close proximity to Herring Cove or Race Point beaches, along with a short walk or drive (to 1 of many municipal lots) to Bradford & Commercial streets. I would definitely stay again, and have booked it for next year!
