Nice house.very comfortable

This property was perfect for our one month stay (February 2023) in Port Charlotte. Communication with the property manager leading up to and during our stay was easy. Check in was seamless. The house was very clean upon arrival and had all the amenities that you could think of. The master bedroom is very large and opens up directly to the lanai. All three bedrooms have very large walk-in closets with ample room for clothes and storage. Both guest bedrooms share a full bathroom, however there is an additional small 1/2 bath that is accessible from the lanai as well. The house also has a large office with a twin fold out couch. We loved the open floor plan with sliders that open directly to the lanai. The kitchen is very large and has lots of counter space for food prep and appliances. We opted to have our pool heated which was an extra cost but well worth it. The temperature was perfect! There were lots of lounge chairs for outside seating in the lanai. The sun tracked from the front of the house in the a.m. and was completely over the back pool area by noon every day. This was a perfect area for lounging by the pool and then watching the sunset over the canals each evening. There were beach chairs available in the garage, but we did not visit the beach areas due to the red tide warnings in the area. Convenience: If you want to venture out, there are lots of places to eat within 5 to 20 minutes of the house. Fishermans Village in Punta Gorda is a short drive and has lots of shops and dining areas along the Peace River. Venice is a short distance away as well and has both shopping and dining options. We also visited Cape Coral which is a 40 minute drive. Ian damage: there is a lot of construction going on in the area due to Ian. Mostly roof replacements. We did hear the workers on a daily basis but were not bothered by the sound. In fact, it was refreshing to hear and see all the progress that is being made in this area due to damage from Ian. This property is perfectly accommodating, and we are looking forward to booking it again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Home had plenty of room. Was very clean. Pool was great! Very quiet neighborhood! Loved watching the boats go by in the canal! We saw an alligator, fox, and coyote all in 1 week. Great place to stay! Communication was excellent!
