This is a nicely decorated, well-maintained apartment in a huge and equally well-maintained golf community. The community makes very clear when you arrive that VRBO and other renters aren't allowed to use the community's many amenities--the pools, spa, tennis courts. The listing doesn't tell you that. It's a nice place to walk and bike--but bring your own bikes. You can't use theirs either.

We arrived late, due to flight delays. The property was a challenge to find at night. There are 2 entrances. We finally found it and we were exhausted and wonderfully surprised at the property. The condo was perfect for our family. Grandparents, adult children and our pride and joy grand daughter who is 22 months. I chose this condo because the pictures showed a patio door opening to beautiful grounds. Our grand daughter got up every morning and ran to the patio door to wonder around with her pa-paw while he drank coffee. The condo is huge with tons of space. Super quiet. The walls are ceilings are sound proof. We felt super safe and the bedrooms were wonderful. We stay at VRBOs often and we were super happy that the TVs actually worked! We had a great time and would highly recommend this property to anyone that wants comfort, safety, and beautiful grounds.
