Nice location. Good amenities. Room was satisfactory except for the mold smell, and some of the furniture needs replacing. Couch is so old, it is difficult to sit on. Bed is good. Also, the fake plants got in the way because we needed every square inch. New curtains or window shades are needed as well.

REVIEW OF RUSKIN PROPERTY Let me begin by saying that Carmen is very responsive and easy to work with. The unit is in a great area as described. The unit was spacious enough for my husband and I. We were close to family and friends and we liked the view of the water. There are a few things we noticed during our stay: Description says newly remodeled and painted. However, there may be fresh paint on walls, but they did NOT paint baseboards or ceiling, which has mold. Fridge does not get cold enough and is not level on the floor - very wobbly and difficult to open. The drain in the sink needs a plug for safety (if you drop something), and the plug in the tub is the wrong size. These are not huge things overall that affected our stay, just helpful suggestions that would make some else's stay, and possibly review, more positive. Again, we appreciate Carmen's responsiveness and being so easy to work with.

However our host was wonderful, she answered our text almost immediately and resolved the issue and had us in a new room (with a better view) within 15 minutes. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy. The highlight was the balcony view of the water. We will definitely book again.

Property was nice and the view was Beautiful from the patio of the condo. Watching the boats go by and the Amazing Sunrise and Sunsets were my favorites. Very Nice Property
