Place was perfect distance for Animal Kingdom, airport and going to football game at UCF! Walking distance to grocery and restaurants was so so helpful. Can you tell me what kind of pillows were in the unit?? I loved them and want to buy my own.

Property looked like pictures. Location was great for restaurants, shopping, Disney, and volleyball. Beds were comfortable and the balcony was nice for sipping coffee or wine. I do wish there was a pantry or cabinets designated for groceries. Luggage carts were very hard to come by which was frustrating when checking in or out. The condo could have been cleaner. I am a bit of a neat freak but I don’t like seeing other people’s hair in my shower or tub. Overall it worked well for our purposes.

Our family was in town for a wedding and this was the perfect place to stay for us. Adult kids took the car and went to parks, we hung at the pool and did not mind because anything we needed was in walking distance... food, drink, grocery etc. We loved that it was a separated gated entrance from the main part of Vista Cay. Will definitely stay here again.

The rental was perfectly clean and EXACTLY as the images showed. The check-in process was simple and painless, as was check-out. We stayed in the Reserve, and loved it so much the group of us plan to make it an annual trip. The food within walking distance is fantastic as well.

This was our 3rd trip to Vista Cay, 1st time at the Reserve. Was expecting a heightened experience, but was underwhelmed. Aside from condos being slightly more moderns and closer to Lake Cay Commons, I preferred staying at the main condos. The reserve felt isolated (far from clubhouse/main pool, playground), awkward when coming up of the property directly into local traffic and entertainment system was really poor (tv had so few channels, nothing for kids and the supplied Amazon fire stick didn’t work)

Went for a girls trip with my friends and the property was clean, modern and perfect for the four of us to stay for a few days.
The only complaint is that the hallway had a funny smell... almost like a bad bathroom/toilet smell with air freshener sprayed over top to mask it. This may be due to the fact that the garbage for all the units was to be put out in a bin in the hallways. At any rate, the smell was not in the unit and it was a wonderful stay.
Blake was easy to deal with and answered all of our questions promptly. Overall, we were very happy and would come again.

I brought my family down for a visit to Orlando before we left on our cruise. Needed a 3 bedroom place near the parks. This place was perfect. Super clean. Very well managed. Price was fantastic. Very easy check in. Would stay here again for sure.

We chose to stay at Vista Cay for our trip to Universal. Very please with the amount of room and layout of the condo. Location was good; close to Publix and restaurants. Traveling back and forth to Universal convenient.

It was nice to see that the place looked just like the photos. The rooms were spacious and so were the bathrooms. There was a full kitchen and TVs in every room. The balcony was huge. It may be because we had a three bedroom. The location was really good. It's not too far from Disney attractions but you're but you don't have to deal with heavy traffic if you're too close to Disney. There are restaurants near by as well as grocery and pharmacy. I would recommend it.

It was a great location for the Disney parks. There was also great amenities, my daughter loved the pool. There is also an arcade, basketball courts and beautiful grounds for a walk. Overall the unit was clean, stylish, and had everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely try to book this for our next trip to Orlando!

The property and location are great. We loved the condo rather than a hotel. The only reason for not saying excellent for cleanliness of property was because there were still dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived at the property. Apart from that, it was great!

Very clean and great property. Location is very good and only a few minute drive to international drive. We intended to walk to the OCCC for the convention but it is actually a little further than we expected and we ended up driving.

Hi lovely property but only one tea towel and no airer to dry any washing, also needs some utensils like baking trays etc , other than that nice and convenient for what we needed.
