Our stay included myself, my husband, and my 5-year old daughter. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. It's conveniently located close to all of the downtown amenities. Communication with the booking agency and the owner was very fast and efficient. We stay in Williams at least once a year and this house has been the best in all of our stays. We will most likely be back. Thank you for having us!

We appreciated this property from start to finish.No problem reserving, communicating or entering. Everything we needed to know was in the email. The price was fair. The property was amazingly clean, equipped to max. and all was top notch and functioning. We loved our welcome gift and would always want to stay here again if in the area.

Wonderful house. Bed were comfortable and we loved the furnishings and decor. Convenient location to Grand Canyon, Flagstaff and Sedona. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I am a neat freak and this place was spotless. Great value for the location and was close to everything we needed. Would definitely rebook when I come back to the area.

We had a nice three night stay. The house is very nice. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, utensils, and pots and pans, so if you want to cook your meals during your stay you will have everything you need. Also, Safeway is a stone's throw away. If you don't want to cook, there are plenty of restaurants in downtown Williams. We split out time between hanging out in the town of Williams, visiting Bearizona and Canyon Coster Adventure park Park, which are all just minutes away from the house. We also drove to the Grand Canyon one day, as it's only an hour away.

Great stay!
Perfect location. Very clean. Enjoyed the town activities that were right around the corner in the Downtown Historic District. Grand Canyon drive was less than an hour from here. Would suggest adding information about the Smart Cooling/Heating system to your information email. This will help the next tenant not be as shocked as we were by 85° temps when returning home on a hot Summers day. Overall great stay and would definitely stay here again.

Sehr schönes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage
Sehr schöne, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Sehr geräumig mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern. Top ausgestattete Küche mit allem was man braucht. Ein Gasgrill steht neben dem Haus zur Verfügung. Fußläufig zur Innenstadt mit Supermarkt, Restaurants, Cafés und Bars. Alles sauber und tip-top. Absolut empfehlenswert!

This was such a great find. My friends and I really liked the house, space, and amenities included within the property. We only stayed for a couple of days, but it was a great location for a trip to the grand canyon (~1/hr drive).
