We enjoyed the house very much! There were 13 of us, including several teens and everyone had a bed. There were two different gathering rooms with a tv so the teens could hang out. The pool table was a hit as well as the pool area. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of linens and towels, including pool towels. There were a few things that weren’t quite what they should have been. With the number it accommodates the kitchen should be stocked with more plates, silverware and glasses. We never had enough plates and had to wash silverware constantly. It just needs stocked better overall (whisk, measuring cups, serving utensils, etc.). Also the dining table was not large enough to seat more than 10 and that was tight. There was a small table in the kitchen but that separated us for meals. The first afternoon and night were pretty uncomfortable because the AC was struggling to cool the house. It was July in Phoenix so AC is pretty important. They did send someone out the next morning (after pretty miserable night) but the repairman said all was good. Our guess is that it had been a while since anyone had stayed in the house (not much interest in Phoenix in mid-summer:-) and the AC didn’t get turned down soon enough. So if you stay during hot months be sure to ask about that. We would stay here again.

This place was amazing. It had a lot of great amenities but one very unreasonable one was charging an extra fee for the pool or jacuzzi to be warmed up, also bath towels we’re scarce. Other than that the place was spectacular but a little pricey.

Beautiful property with a lot of open space around you. You don't feel like you are on top of your neighbors. The reason I am giving a 4 star rating instead of 5 is due to the vacuum inside the pool. We were told to leave it in at all times even during swimming and using the pool or we will be fined. It is just not very chill when you like to swim and relax in the pool with a vacuum going. Otherwise, great property with lots of fun amenities.

Short and sweet: looks of the property are as advertised. Plenty of space, room and amenities for a large group to enjoy. The heated pool description is at best misleading. There is an additional charge for that which was not mentioned anywhere on the property description prior to booking. One significant problem we did experience was that the thermostat heat kept turning on resulting in several rooms being quite hot especially at night. The nest thermostats had a lock on them preventing us from turning off the heat or lowering the level to a temperature that would prevent them from turning on. We contacted the management company who could find no remedy stating that they were not provided the codes needed to unlock the thermostats. They stated the had contacted the owners several times but the owners did not respond. That's not customer service. That is ignoring a basic, reasonable request at the expense of the guest. Additionally, we were never able to lower the room temperature by opening the bedroom windows because they were sealed shut. We are not experts in fire codes for the state of Arizona but not providing an emergency egress from a bedroom is quite problematic as it applies to safety of the guests but also to meet the standards set forth by local fire codes. All in all, the property was great; however, the owners/management company should take a hard look at how their customers are treated and how the concerns of those customers are responded to. The lack of customer service and the lack of addressing basic concerns during our stay should not be the standard that they set forth nor should it be the standard that VRBO accepts from its listings. Particularly given the price point at which this property is listed at. I hope this review will encourage some action on that front. Thank you
