We celebrated a milestone birthday in this fun and funky property. There was plenty of space for 5 adults (and more). The house had a well stocked kitchen and multiple living areas. The hot tub was great after a long day of celebrating.
South Congress is just a block away with tons of great restaurants and shopping.

Don't let the facade of the place fool you this place is HUGE! we absolutely loved our stay and can't wait to return again.

The home on Eva Street was not only in an excellent location, but it had everything you want in an Austin rental.
Plenty of space, well appointed, clean, master bedrooms with adjoining bedrooms, and the funky Austin vibe that can’t be beat.
I look forward to booking this place again as soon as the next adventure comes in to view.

Great place to stay for a girls trip! We comfortably fit 13 girls in the house (although people had to share queen and double beds). Easy walk to South Congress and quick Ubers to Rainey Street and 6th Street for going out at night.

We stayed with family for our daughter’s wedding - very roomy, clean, comfortable & well equipped. The staircase is long but there are two bedrooms downstairs also so it was not an issue for older people. The small detached room & bath in the back & the spacious patio are nice to have also. Would definitely rent again!

We stayed at Eva Place for my daughter’s bachelorette and it was perfect! From check-in to check-out, it exceeded our expectations. An easy and quick drive to 6th Street and Rainy Street and a block from all the shopping and restaurants on South Congress. We loved the Salty Doughnut Shop around the corner for morning coffee and goodies. The house was well stocked with everything you would need and was very clean. I would highly recommend this VRBO and would stay there again in a heartbeat! Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your home while visiting Austin.

I stayed here with a group of 7 women for a reunion and it was the perfect spot. Great hang out living rooms, amazing amount of beds and so convenient to South Congress. The house was a perfect jumping off point to a great weekend!

Our family stayed at Eva Place for a short getaway to Austin for sun and warmth. What a great house! Funky, spacious and clean. Of course, the half block walk to South Congress was super convenient. All the restaurants and shops were right there. Service from our host was great; one minor problem fixed quickly. I also enjoyed my daily hot tub soak each afternoon. Definitely recommend this place.

When you see the outside of Eva Street with the wild outside lawn you wonder can this be the right place with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths
Yes it is! The interior is lovely, funky with high ceilings and plenty of sitting spaces. Walking distance to SoCo is a huge bonus

This house was in a great location for what we wanted to do in Austin. I would highly recommend this for big groups. It was too hot while we were there to really enjoy the backyard, but it was set up for fun with the family. I would definitely return to this spot.

We had such a great time at Eva Place! Everything was exactly as described, it was easy to get in for check in, and there was lots of space! We loved the large kitchen and multiple living spaces as well as the backyard. It was a perfect property and location for our bachelorette group of 10 guests. Communication was very quick and timely. We have no complaints!

A group of 7 of us rented the house and we’re so happy with everything about it! It’s spacious, has great food/coffee within 5 minute walking and a quick drive to Rainy St and 6th St where we spent our evenings. Response from the owner was quick, highly recommend!

We booked this house for bachelorette weekend, and it was perfect. We were able to walk to so many good places to eat, drink , and shop.
We all had plenty of room to sleep, and never felt on top of one another. House is absolutely charming!

Perfect Weekend!
We were in town for my bachelorette weekend and could not be happier with having picked Eva Place! As many reviews have stated, it is so much bigger than you expect and we had more than enough bed and bathroom space. The location is top notch, we ordered breakfast tacos from Torchy's around the corner and donuts + coffee from The Salty are also a must. We were grateful for the a/c and comfy beds after our days exploring the city. Highly recommend staying here!

We had 12 women staying at this house. We stayed and slept comfortably, and all of the beds were extremely comfortable! We enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor space and large kitchen table for gathering spaces. The 3 full bathrooms were clean and spacious. Loved the location! Right next to all the shops, restaurants, and bars on Congress! The renters were extremely hospitable and easy to get a hold of before, during, and immediately following our stay. They were wonderful to work with and we enjoyed the entire weekend at this house! Not one negative thing to say! Highly recommend.

Great stay for a large group!!
Loved staying here this past weekend! So close to Uber to 6th street and Rainey street! The outside space was beautiful and so comfortable. My guests stated each bed was very comfortable with the sheet and linens being so soft. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location, fun Austin space!
Absolutely loved this house!! WAY bigger than it seems in the photos. We had 9 girls there with plenty of space for everyone to be together and also have their personal space. Great walking location as well, and was so easy go walk south congress, or to the south congress bridge to see the bats (we even walked to Rainey street!). The house was equipped with everything we needed and more, and we absolutely loved the colorful decor to fit the Austin vibes. We all highly recommend!

Funky House
Eva Place lives up to the description - it's a funky old house in a great neighborhood, right in the heart of downtown Austin. This is not your everyday, run-of-the-mill home - it's got some great (offbeat) artwork throughout the house, and you definitely feel the 'keep austin weird' vibe when you walk-in (starting with the voodoo doll on one of the end tables). We loved everything about it! Home offered LOTS of space for our group of 9, beds were comfortable (minus the 2 bunk beds), house was very clean, and kitchen well-stocked. We loved the hot tub and back patio area. It was a great weekend in Austin!
