This is one of those reviews I almost don’t want to post. I’d rather prefer to keep the place a sweet -as -sugar -secret find for our family, but I’ll take the high road on this one and let you in on the secret: If you’re looking to stay in an absolutely BEAUTIFUL home situated in a perfect location with ample parking and AMAZING mountain views , this wonderful home is it! It has more than well appointed kitchen baths and bedrooms ( I must say , all with super comfy beds!) and it’s difficult to reduce to words how gorgeous the panoramic Mountain Views are as seen from the home’s living room ,dining area and wrap around deck.! It’s super close to Sugar Mountain Ski Resort where we all had tons of fun for our first time on its great slopes. We had a small issue with the HVAC upon arrival , but the manager of property could not have been more attentive to the situation, sending out repairmen within an hour to address the situation without further issue. We all felt perfectly comfy and at home there on our first visit to Sugar Mountain :-D! Many thanks and we would definitely look to stay there again on our next visit!

We had a fantastic stay at this Sugar mountain home. House is fantastic and has everything we needed. One of the few homes we could find without steps. Very convenient location. Easy access to anything you would want to do near Sugar Mountain. Look forward to returning!

Just a few minutes from pretty much anywhere we wanted to go for our ski trip. The house is well stocked…the kids were even able to bake a cake! The place was a bit more worn than the pictures portray, it was a bit musty when we checked in too but lit the candles they had all over the house and that helped. The reason for my lower rating on cleanliness is because it seems the cleaning crew did not clean the primary bathroom floors well and there was other peoples hair all alongside the floor between the door and the toilet. Otherwise, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend to friends.

We really enjoyed staying here. Much easier in and out than Beech Mountain. Home was a great condition, everything worked perfectly and the beds are comfortable! Would stay here again.

Very nice location with lovely views. Kitchen was well equipped. Room for 4 cars in driveway. Large TV’s in living room and each bedroom. Large wood burning fireplace. Very enjoyable stay.

Had friends and clients up for golf outing, the location was perfect for restaurants and Golf and Fishing! The bedrooms showers and common spaces were awesome! Will definitely rent again.

Beautiful setting, view and tastefully decorated interior! Perfect home for us to host our son and his family. Lots of nearby activities to enjoy. Would definitely stay here again!!

We had three generations of our family on this trip. The layout of the house was great. You could all be together in the main area with plenty of space, or you could retreat to either of the wings for some quiet time. The house was very clean. The wraparound deck and the views from it were nice. The location of the house also was very convenient to numerous places we visited. My few complaints are very minor. The kitchen could use some more cooking utensils. The house also has YouTube TV instead of cable/satellite, which is fine. The issue is that only the main room TV has a Roku device that allows you to watch YTTV. The remaining TVs are smart, but we weren't able to install the YTTV app. We enjoyed our trip. We would definitely stay at this house again.

The property is beautifully landscaped and lit with architectural lighting and is equipped with a digital lock, so it is safe during the day and night. It has a "smart" thermostat, a true chalet panoramic view, large, vaulted ceilings, wood flooring, stone walls, a giant fireplace, with lush and extremely comfortable furniture in connected but separate sitting areas. There is a country classic dining room with easy kitchen access. The kitchen has new appliances and is stocked with all of the accoutrements one would expect to find at home. It also has four 65+ inch Samsung TVs complete with Wi-Fi Prime, Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV, Disney+, HBO Max, other streaming options, and sound bars. Our son was delighted to find an Xbox ready to go in his bedroom. The beds are extremely comfortable. Three large bedrooms connect with a large wraparound deck that has a large table and chairs and a large grill/smoker. All three bedrooms have large closets. The decorations and lighting are first rate, and we felt at home immediately. Oh! Instacart and GrubHub delivered filet mignon, wine, and all the food we enjoy. The owners are interior designers who bought, renovated, and decorated the property for its intended use. So this is truly a resort property. They care deeply about the property and their guests' responses to it, so it a pleasure to leave this review. They deserve it for the work, care, and investment they put into the property. We will be returning often!

We were in town for a quick weekend ski trip. This house was in a perfect location, just a few minutes away from Sugar Mtn. Great view off the back deck as well.

The house was great and very comfortable. I went with my wife and two young children as well as with another couple and their young child and everybody had a great time. Nice lay out for lounging after a nice long day on the slopes and the bedrooms were nice and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful time tubing and skiing during our stay. We enjoyed the close proximity to all nearby amenities and the home was updated and clean. Spacious rooms, updated throughout and nice furniture. Very relaxing!

Everything about this property was fantastic. We took a last minute trip with four generations 92-2.....and this house floor plan was perfect, it was def a spa like retreat with all supplies well thought out and generous. We couldn't have loved it more.
