This was such an incredible property. it was two blocks from all the action, but also two blocks from the noise. The unit itself has everything you can think of and it’s completely gorgeous. We went for the weekend for my daughters birthday who attends college in SLO. The unit had everything we needed to bake our daughter a homemade cake. On top of that it had a ton of fresh coffee seasonings to make our eggs in the morning and more. The beds are super comfortable and the owners and managers were amazing. We enjoyed the provided board games with the family and were glad to have our own parking spot. we thought we booked it through Monday and found out on Sunday that we had accidentally booked it for one day less than we thought. The owners work with us to let us stay an extra day and just add it onto our original reservation so we did not have to pay extra fees. We will definitely stay here again if it’s available. Thank you for the incredible stay.

Everything from checking in to checking out was easy! Location is fantastic for beach access, shopping, and walking around Pismo. Condo feels safe and quiet with comfortable accommodations. Hosts were welcoming, easy to deal with, and attentive.

Fantastic condo, which had plenty of room for five adults! The location is absolutely perfect, being so close to the beach and downtown restaurants and stores!! Would definitely stay here again!!

We had a great stay at this condo. It was perfectly located in Pismo Beach and we could walk to everything. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely rent this space again if back in the area.

The location of this apartment was nuce, easy to walk to anywhere.
I would suggest getting black out curtains or blinds in the bedroom as the lights outside are on all night.
Linen needs to be replaced. Towels were rough and small ( specially bath ones)
We pulled out an additional blanket from the closet and it was all rugged with holes and tiers.

Location location location. One block from the beach and 2 blocks to stores and restaurants, yet still nice and quiet. It was great to park the truck and only walk for a few days. Beach chairs and sand toys available for use. Kids loved the bunk bed. Everything you would need to cook, but we are out everyday instead (we cook for a living so it was nice to take a break). Comfortable beds and bedding. We would definitely book this location again. Thanks!

I really liked the gated complex and assigned parking spaces. I was able to walk to the beach/shops/restaurants. About a 15 minute walk to see the Monarch Butterflies. I liked the washer/dryer in the condo. The master bed was comfortable especially since I have back issues.

This was the perfect spot for our girls trip stay! The condo was sooo beautiful, it looked just like it did in the photos. There were tons of amenities making it very comfy cozy. It was in a perfect location to walk everywhere. The owner and host communicated quickly and were very helpful also. The parking garage with 2 spots was so convenient as well. We would definitely stay again!

My mom and I came to California on an ancestry journey. This condo provided us all the amenities of home plus some. It all began with fantastic communication from the host and their total willingness to communicate. The secure parking garage eliminated my concern for the safety of our rented car. The security gate for the complex eased my mind about our personal safety. The location was ideal for proximity to the beach, restaurants and highway 101 without too much noise. I would happily rent this condo again for as long as my mom is able to navigate the stairs up to the condo.

I can’t say enough good things about this property. The location is fantastic (one block from the beach), the interior is comfortable and clean, the building is quiet, and the parking garage is such a bonus.

My nephew is stationed at Vandenberg AFW and my brother and I flew into LAX and drove up to pismo beach for a long weekend visiting our nephew.
The condo was perfectly located. About a 1 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk. It was decorated so pretty. The beds were comfortable. Restaurants close by. Will definitely stay here again if I'm ever in Pismo beach

My nephew is stationed at Vandenberg AFW and my brother and I flew into LAX and drove up to pismo beach for a long weekend visiting our nephew.
The condo was perfectly located. About a 1 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk. It was decorated so pretty. The beds were comfortable. Restaurants close by. Will definitely stay here again if I'm ever in Pismo beach

We stayed here for two nights as we had a friend's wedding to attend locally. The location was fantastic...one quick block to the beach. Also located downtown so within walking distance of a bunch of great restaurants and shops. I would recommend doing any grocery shopping you want before coming as the closest groceries are really better described as liquor stores with a few fresh items available. Minor dings as Keurig coffee maker wasn't working and screen door to patio needs some repair but overall a great little place with everything we wanted: very clean, beds were comfy in BOTH the master and "kids'" rooms (I often find VRBO listings where the master room is comfy but they have shoddier mattresses for the bunk beds/kids rooms), TV's available in both bedrooms (yes, we watch TV while going to sleep), living room and even on the patio! The place was stocked with board games and beach items. Great spot and we'd definitely come back. :)

Cozy and spacious beach condo in Pismo
Great location in the heart of Pismo Beach. Less than a minute walk to the beach/boardwalk. The condominium is very spacious, well-stocked up with supplies, and has everything you need in a home. Check-in was easy and we even got to check-out late on our last day. Fantastic place!
