Perfect location for walking to Government Street for shopping and dining and very close to the Empress.
The property is smaller than we anticipated but we didn't use the property for cooking or lounging very long. The property was very clean and the bathrooms well stocked. The view of Parliament from the living room and balcony is spectacular at night when it is illuminated.
The only issue we had was the WIFI went down, and we had to trouble shoot it on our own.

This condo is a terrific home base to explore Victoria. Close to the water, near the Empress Hotel, you can walk to all the sights.
The space itself is super clean and well appointed. Has all you need to prep a simple meal and have a cocktail on the balcony or in front of the fireplace.
Highly recommend.

Ticked all the boxes for what I was looking for. Great location, enough room and seating for everyone to hang out in the living room, and also very nice to have a parking space. Clean and well stocked with coffee options. Central air conditioning was also a plus.

This was a gorgeous property, with great views of the downtown Victoria area close to the Inner Harbor. The Inner Harbor and many great restaurants are an easy, easy walk from the property. Super nice property, would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Wish we could have had more than 2 nights. Very modern, hip clean lines and a very secure building. Walkable to all the harbor big sites. Part of our group arrived via Clipper from Seattle and it was only about a 10 minute walk. Really terrific communication with host. Super choice.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. This is a beautiful condo in a fabulous location. The views are breathtaking! It is walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Check in and check out was smooth. The building is locked at all times as is the parking, which was a nice added feature. The pool is small, but very nice! The bedroom carpets are light colored and soiled from tenants. The owner mentioned cleaning the carpets and/or removing them and replacing with wood flooring and once this takes place, I would give this condo 5 stars across the board!

I'm actually a local, but my partner and I stayed here while our floors were getting re-done. The check in was a breeze and the host was lovely! Highly recommend. We loved that it was so central, being in the heart of downtown was a lot of fun! Because of it's location, there is definitely some street noise, but we expected as such. If you want to keep the windows open at night just bring some ear plugs!
We loved how easy it was to walk everywhere & we were super close to a bunch of restaurants. We appreciated that parking was available during our stay as well. We also got to bring our dog Jude, which was so great. It's hard to find pet friendly options in the city so it was amazing to have this as an option. The only downside was that the pool was closed for tiling during our stay (I believe it's now been completed). I'd definitely recommend staying here!!!

The condo is really nicely appointed, with little details like bath bombs and salts and bath robes, and the kids enjoyed the popcorn maker. It’s in a great location in the heart of Victoria. We were however extremely disappointed that the pool was closed and apparently has been for 3 weeks. Traveling with kids, this was a must when I searched for a property, and the description of the property even highlights this in the title. That we were not given a heads up or offered a discount was not cool. We could have stayed at a property without a pool for much cheaper. The property manager says they can’t control if the pool is open - then they should remove “pool” from the list of amenities and adjust the price accordingly.

An absolutely gorgeous place to stay with well-appointed comforts and amenities and an attention to detail that I haven't experienced in any other stay before. The location is fantastic: walking distance to Beacon Hill Park, shopping, Victoria Harbour, tea at the Fairmont, and some absolutely fantastic restaurants. The parking garage and dedicated spot were a welcomed addition and absolutely safe and secure (an opener is required for multiple gates both in AND out). It's so secure that I failed to follow the proper instructions to get out of the garage FIRST before leaving the fob behind and trapped myself (like an idiot). Thankfully the host was responsive and willing to come let us out at the ungodly hours we were calling/texting her (cannot thank her enough!) and we made it to the airport with a literal single minute to spare before check-in closed. Don't be me - get your car out of the garage and park on the street and run the fob back upstairs as your very last task! :) Thank you for your hospitality!

V cosy place with lots of attention to detail -good coffeemaker , three types of bath salts , a range of clearly labelled glassware, comfortable beds n good pillows - not to mention the great location and views . Miriam is super responsive and helpful too ! Highly recommended!

if it's first time to Victoria this is in the middle of everything within walking distance. Miriam was a wonderful host - showing us everything that we would need to know and always available by text if needed. The view from the large balcony is something to sit there for long periods for - with the Empress Hotel and Parliament in view and the lights on Parliament at night. The unit is compact given the exclusive location but had two bedrooms and two baths. Its kept in pristine condition and in the winter has heated floors and gas fireplace. The kitchen appliances are upper level as is the serving dishes and glasses and stemware. On site parking if needed and beds are comfortable. The listed pictures are 100% accurate. You cannot go wrong with this unit.

Great location and all amenities you need. The apartment is bright and fabulous views. Only thing was the horrible smell in the apartment and the bedroom carpets are very dirty. Once those two things are taken care of, it would be a perfect stay.

Miriam was a dream to deal with. We had a few hiccups early and she was right on it. Great location. Clean. The stemware was the best surprise. Every option and we appreciated all the attention to detail.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for walking around Victoria. The unit was a little smaller than anticipated but worked out great for two couples. The only reason we gave an over all rating of 4 is the smell of smoke when you walked into the unit. And the carpets were a little rough looking.

Beautiful mordern two bedroom apart with nice city views and great location. The pool, hottub and gym area was a plus -we used it every morning. Great downtown location with nice view. We only had to bring our clothes, the apartment had everything including soap for the insuite laundry. There currently is a construction zone across the street so it is a little noisy during the day.

Location Is perfectly central and walking distance to everything. No problem walking with a 3 and 6 yr old. The unit was well appointed with all things needed for a very comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place for anybody wanting to experience downtown Victoria.

This condo was amazing! One of the highlights of our Victoria vacation for sure. Beautiful views, morning and night. Nice sized deck to enjoy people watching down below, right across the street from Starbucks. A 10 minute walk to restaurants, which were so so good! And a market on some nights right around the corner. We will definitely stay again, this spot was perfect!
