We stayed here for four nights with 4 adults (2 couples) and had a wonderful time. The home was beautiful, clean, well-decorated, and up to date. It is very nice to have an entire private home to yourselves and not have to share amenities or space with others. The highlight of the property is certainly the palm-lined backyard with the pool, hammock, and covered dining area on the deck - like your own private oasis! Location really cannot be beat - it is so close to downtown restaurants and night life while also being walking distance to Ft. Zachary Taylor State Park, southernmost point, and other sites. Televisions were logged into YouTube TV which was an added bonus. Property managers were kind and easily contacted. They allowed us to check in about 3 hours early (as soon as the house was ready after being cleaned). Check out time was earlier than expected at 10am. There is luggage storage available (for a fee of ~$15 per bag) at a gift shop 2 blocks away.The only downside I can feasibly point out is that while the house itself is private and well-located, there are small parking areas on either side of the house and there is a grocery store loading area directly across the street -- this did not bother us much, however there seemed to always be some sort of activity in these areas, often at early hours of the morning (e.g. 5am dumpster emptying in the adjacent parking lot, 6am deliveries via tractor trailer at the grocery store). For the most part it really was not an issue, but it was not always quiet. As a side note -- any visitor to Key West should know that roosters are a part of the city, and their crowing will also add to the early morning noise, but that is not something I would complain about since I think that is part of the charm!

House is beautiful. I would rate it a 4.5 only because of how loud the neighborhood is. Fausto’s is located right on the corner and their delivery trucks and dump trucks run daily. The plane routes also is right over the house. Owners have done a nice job with white noise to compensate for this (waterfall in pool and dehumidifiers in BR). The location is excellent just wanted renters to be aware that this is not a quiet spot. The grill also needs new parts. For a rental this expensive we felt that everything should really be top notch. Sheets and beds were soft and very comfortable.

We absolutely loved our stay at Bahama Dreaming! Communication with the host was incredible. Everything in the house was exactly as-advertised, except better! The furnishings were gorgeous, we LOVED the mattresses and pillows, there was plenty of space for 4 adults to live comfortably together for 5 days and the pool area was just so beautiful and relaxing. We were close to EVERYTHING - so convenient and yet, removed from anything too loud/crazy. Would absolutely stay again if we return to Key West!

We booked a girls trip to Key West and this house was absolutely perfect! It was clean, beautifully decorated, and the outdoor pool was a true oasis. The house is located one block from the center of Duval street with shops, restaurants, and bars just steps away! There is also a small grocery store conveniently located at the end of the block. The hosts were great communicators and responded immediately to any questions we had before, during, or after the trip. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a Key West getaway!

Great little house steps from Duval Street. This historic home was a great find. Very clean and very cool on a hot summer trip to the Keys. The pool was shaded nicely so it felt secluded and help keep the pool temp down. The property manager was responsive and extremely helpful!

We had a lovely time but... The location is easy access to almost everything, noisy though being so close to Duval St, people talking, sirens, loud cars, etc, guess we should have expected that. Our first night a porch chair came literally flying through one of the front windows, scary but I guess these things happen. Brian the manager was on point from our initial booking until departure and had the front window sealed up within 5 minutes of my call. Their Concierge Service, Momentum Concierge, on the other is a zero recommendation. They should not advertise that they have a concierge because they do not have one that works. I reached out 6 times to their service with zero responses, I gave up. Sleeping accommodations - 2 comfy rooms (queen room and twin room were nice), the king suite was horrid, the bed should have been thrown in the garbage 1500 sleeps ago! Don't plan on the sofa sleeper either, it was held together by plastic zip ties with holes throughout the springs, again just horrid and literally unusable! Other living room furniture were stained, not nice and should all be replaced immediately. Windows - complete ****, a couple of them did not lock at all and others were literally broke in half with plastic across them. The broken windows allowed all the AC to go outside (mind you heat advisories every day), the upstairs bathroom literally had to be 130 degrees, no exaggeration. When one spends $4,200 for 3 nights one should receive descent beds with secure, unbroken windows. Note - Brian told me the windows were going to be replaced but that sure didn't help us at all, definitely not worth the money.

This home was perfect for our family of 7. Plenty of room to stretch out. We were so pleased with the pool and porch area that we found ourselves hanging out there every day. The location was perfect, one block off the center of Duval, with easy walking to shops and restaurants. Also, we were just 4 houses away from the market making it easy to get food and beverages. We appreciated the washer/dryer, as we didn't need to pack so much. We would absolutely rent this house again!

Immaculately clean, charming, walking distance to downtown this place has it all. My family of 6 stayed here comfortably. Duval street is practically right out the door but the serene backyard with pool and lush tropical landscaping you feel like you are miles away in your own secluded paradise. Concierge and property manager were extremely efficient and were just a text away.

This home was extremely cozy, clean, and convenient. Communication with the host was excellent. The backyard is so secluded and private, yet you’re within walking distance to all things Key West. The beds were cozy, and the kitchen was well stocked. The back yard is a great place to hang after a day on the water. The kids didn’t want to leave! We will definitely be staying here again.

It was the first time for all six of us traveling to Key West and it was an awesome experience. This house is in a great location and when you add in the porch and pool, it's perfect.
I'd also recommend renting bikes, it's so easy to get around with them.

We had an amazing time in Key West. The stay at Bahama Dreamin was perfect. Location is awesome, right in the middle of everything. It was wonderful to lounge in the pool in the afternoons. Brian the property manager was beyond helpful.

Brian, the property manager, was incredibly responsive and communicated at every turn. We did have one minor issue with an air conditioner leaking upstairs due to a clogged drain line. I let him know and he had a technician out ASAP and handled it for us quickly. Would absolutely love to reserve this property again!

We recently stayed with a group of 6 adults and had a wonderful time. The house was a great size and we never felt cramped. The pool was larger than we thought based on pictures and perfect for a dip after a hot day. We found the location convenient for walking to pretty much anywhere we wanted to go. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

We enjoyed the concierge, pool and easy check-in. The location is perfect. Toward the north side of Duval and close to everything. We'll stocked with dishes and furniture...and of course beach towels for the pool! Host communication was timely and easy.

Enjoyed house and pool!
We had 5 adults and felt there was plenty of room. The PM was responsive and was kind enough to let us leave our bags while the house would be cleaned so we didn’t have to haul them around town. The pool was clean, grocery store across the street and multiple places in walking distance for restaurants and bars. If you stay downstairs, the roosters are loud in the morning, but guests upstairs didn’t hear them. Thank you for hosting!

The foliage, etc surrounding the pool makes for a little cleanup every day but that's the small price you pay for it. What you don't see is the location, which is across the street from a grocer, around the corner from a great coffee shop and then infinite bars, shops, and restaurants once you hit Duval (which you could crawl to or back from if needed). Highly recommend renting a golf cart or two for further exploring and they'll fit neatly in the spot out front. Brian the property manager was very friendly and always quick to respond to any issue, thanks Brian! Roosters and garbage trucks were incessant and made it difficult to sleep in every morning but that seems to come with the Key West territory and is no fault of the property, just beware : )

This was a wonderful location convenient to Duvall street. The house was very clean and had wonderful outdoor living. It’s an older house, as many are in the area, so had some “personality”. The roosters in the neighborhood were adamant about their wake-up calls. The one and only complaint we’d have would have been the trash pickup for what must have been the back to a restaurant next to us which happened almost every morning. Even so we’d definitely go back again!

We enjoyed being on a back street just off Duval.
The swimming pool had not been cleaned, was heavy with algae, had no tablets in the chlorine dispenser…..not good
Beds were clean and very comfortable.
On last day an infestation of termites cornered the sink in bathroom on main floor. A lot was falling apart…windows, wooden railways, etc…but we found it charming and fully enjoyed our stay.
The restaurant’s you reserved for us were excellent. The sailing charter was cancelled due to weather. Brian responded immediately to our questions and concerns.

Start to finish the process was seamless. The property manager Brian communicated regularly and answered all of my questions quickly. The property itself was great - plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 kids. The location is perfect and the pool is an added bonus. I would definitely recommend!
