Online process to book was great! Little delays @ certain instances for replies. For US pull out bed=futon what they had. Double bed that I confirmed and they replied in affirmative was only 1 full bed. Shower drain could use attention as it fills up & slow drain. The transportation with Becky info given by trip/homes was superb with George/Ricardo being our drivers from & to airport. Everything in walking distance allowed us the opportunity to fraternize with the locals getting familiar with the culture. No opportunities wasted on this trip. Go to Ponchos is excellent! Red snapper devine. Boat ride to the arch is a must! Sights you won't see on land. Definitely returning & would recommend trip and homes to others (text is better for communication if I have give a suggestion for best clarity). They would benefit with having more towels and wash cloths (for the face and body use - bring sponge). Security was magnificent! Easy access to get for entry. Devine Cafe shop right at the entry which made it great for when we waited for our driver to pickup for airport. Overall experience Magnifico!!

This unit is seemingly safe and secure and is nicely renovated and clean on the inside. HOWEVER, we booked a one bedroom apartment with a bed and a couch (as the listing shows and describes) for three adults. With no warning, we arrived to a studio apartment with just one full sized bed and no other sleeping accomodations. It took a little over 4 hours of spotty communication with host to arrange for an air mattress to get set up in the room. We arrived back from dinner to a single SHEET. We found other accommodations and left and the host messaged me at MIDNIGHT that an air mattress would be delivered by a stranger. Not okay, double check your unit accomodations before arrival!

Everything as advertised with excellent communication by the property manager. Easy check in and the apartment is nicely furnished (even down to having a Roku set up on the TV). Only slight downside is that it is on a busy street so there is street noise - just a. caution In case you are a light sleeper. Highly recommended overall

Safe ,very near everything.

This place is great. In a reasonably quiet area far enough from tourists that it feels authentic yet close enough to have needs within reach. The place itself is nice and has ample cutlery and such to cook and entertain if you wanted. Internet is strong and I feel safe within the building with the gates and locks being where they are. Decided to extend my stay until the end of the month.
