Overall a good experience! My one complaint is the queen mattress in the second master was not the best. It had a dip in the middle that my husband & I kept rolling into during the night. It made sleeping difficult. The house was beautiful very spacious we had plenty of room for all 11 of us. I wish I had a better description of the location before booking because we were further away from downtown than I thought we would be. But the Ubers were plentiful and it wasn’t far drive. I would definitely recommend to anyone going to Nashville with a large group!

Everything was clean, updated. Plenty of room - large bedrooms and bathrooms. Property manager was responsive - easy to get a late check out. Only negative was that we came in January when it was very cold and we had snowy/rainy weather. The sidewalk was very icy and unsafe and not taken care of. We would highly recommend staying here, especially with a large group. We had a group of 11 adults and this property accommodated us well.

The house was clean and comfortable. The garage stall is a tight fit but we had three vehicles with three families and were able to make it work with one on the street. Would absolutely stay here again!

We loved this townhouse and the location was perfect for us. We did have a rental car, so the garage stall was very nice to have. We visited Downtown, the Grand Ole Opry, the Country Music Hall of Fame, as well as Nissan Stadium and the Vanderbilt campus. We felt the property was centrally located for all of our planned outings.

Great communication with host.
Thermostat on each floor to control the Air Conditioner was perfect.
I gave a few recommendations for a few things.
Such as a safe, shoe rack and more supplies.

The interior of the property was as described.
The issue was the photos of views... they did not show that we were basically facing a junk yard. SO VIEW WAS TOTALLY NOT AS SHOWN!
The beds werenot very sturdy.
But location to get to downtown was nice.
But had we known view.....we would not have chosen this property

The boys and I loved the place. Perfect base to explore the city and the down town with plenty of sleeping arrangements.

The house was beautiful and plenty of bedrooms and space for people to spread out. Kitchen was minimally stocked for cooking, but we managed ok. Neighborhood was quiet. There is 1 garage bay. I found communication was a little difficult and they needed several documents to be provided (more than I had seen before) but I got through it ok. I loved our time in Nashville!

The apartment was quite nice and within a short car trip to the main Nashville activities. The place was clean and comfortable, and as described online.
While not missing from the advertised description, it would be nice to have a dining table on the main floor and a grill on the patio. The table in particular as there is only space for four people to eat at the bar.

There was 8 of us and the property was perfect. Plenty of room, great location. Uber rides to all the activities was only $7-$9. Great restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

It is a beautiful house! We had the best time. Only problem is there are no pots to cook. There’s a small skillet and 2 cookie sheets so we were limited on preparing meals.

We had 10 family members stay for the weekend and loved it! Easy to get downtown (Uber or drive), and to Nissan stadium (some walked and some drove). Very comfortable for 10 of us- and management was great about communicating with us. Would stay here again!

Had a an awesome experience. Great communication. Not the safest neighborhood. Never felt unsafe in the house just not the best to go walking alone. The area however had a lot of food and bar options. Close Uber to broadway! Would stay again!

I would say this is one of the better VRBO's we have stayed in before. It was a very nice unit. Very clean, consistent with the description and very well stocked and supplied. I would recommend this place for future stays.

We each had our own 'floor' in this amazingly clean and organized home.
once we discovered how close we were to the 5 points area walking to eat and great music was a breeze.
We will for sure stay here again!
