We had a great time at this condo! The location was great! It was very clean and plenty of space for our family of 5. The property owner was very friendly and helpful too. :)

Walking distance to all that Gruene has to offer. We were out and about in Hill country and this was a great place to come back to. We enjoyed the river view and balcony. We’ll be back!

It was so convenient we walked everywhere. The pool area does need a trash can, but that was the only thing lacking. The porch was our favorite ❤️

This place was absolutely perfect -- literally walked everywhere and parking was super easy (which is a premium in Gruene)! You can't beat the price anywhere close -- three bedrooms. If you split it three ways it's beyond cheap. Not to mention you have a private balcony that looks right over the water. Everything was perfect! The hardest thing was trying to figure out how to leave this review on VRBO...

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to for the weekend.

Location was excellent if you are going to the music hall or town. But lots of improvements needed. Couch is comfy but literally the fake leather is crumbling off. One of two lamps in the living room is broken- and not just a bad bulb - the lamp housing fell out. Limited silverware, glassware and other basic in kitchen. Beds were loud and other reviews mentioned this so I did go in knowing that. If you don’t mind feeling like everything is second or third hand than the location near town is what you are paying for. Checkin and comms were totally fine.

9.9 stars. .1 star for the squeaky bed and slow shower drain in 2nd bath. Still worth it 100%.

The location is amazing, close to everything, extremely clean, and check in check out was great. We had a great time. I gave 4 stars because the master bedroom needs a new mattress, an update in kitchen utensil, the sofa is a little deteriorated but works perfect.

This was a very nice, very clean condo. You can see the river through the trees from the back balcony. Literally a 3 minute walk to Gruene Hall. Loved it!

The location is exactly what you’d want in a trip to Gruene. River access is a little difficult with littles but great for adults. The property was great, good little pool, and good parking. Problem 1 was parking is not enforced so our reserved spot was taken. Luckily we found parking in the same lot but would be an issue on a peak weekend. Inside the property needed work. Much of the furniture needs replacement and/or doesn’t fit. Ceiling fans are wildly loose, couch is worn out, and the master bed feels like it will break soon. BIGGEST issue was it seemed the bedding was not washed. It was wrinkled, had makeup or some other stains on the pillow cases and sheets. Luckily we found other sheets that worked for the time but really needs proper cleaning especially if run by a prop management company. Really dampened the mood. The guest bath shower curtain rod would not stay up so we improvised. However, the view and stay were great, everyone had a good time. Kitchen and bath were fine. The bed and living area interior just needs more focus and care. If the bedding is in that condition, we wouldn’t recommend for someone who is picky. Clean sheets and a sturdy bed are an absolute must

The condo was nice, perfect location. Able to walk everywhere in Gruene. The only negative thing to say is the cleaning was sub par. There was visible dirt in the sheets of 2 beds. Had to rewash sheets and blankets before able to sleep. The dryer had to be cleaned out prior to use - dirt and hair all inside dryer. The condo was nice but we won’t be returning to this rental next year due to dirtiness. I reached out to point of contact as the TV wasn’t working properly in living area and never heard back from anyone.

The property is in a great location for walking to all things Gruene. Very clean with comfortable, roomy furnishings. The guest bath drained slow and had no soap but no complaints here, great stay!

The Location can’t be Beat—River Access in the back and Right next door to the best restaurant in Gruene—Gruene River Grill! It was perfect for our large family with lots of separation between the teens’ rooms and the master! 🤠. We’d stay here again.
