Property is very much in need of maintenance. The front windows are so dirty you can't see out. The kitchen floor was so sticky my shoes stuck to it. Definitely wouldn't do that floor barefoot. The bathroom towel bar was ripped off the wall and missing so no place to hang your towel (which had stains on them) except inside the shower where it would get wet. The toilet tissue holder was also about to fall off the wall. There was a mouse trap set on top of the refrigerator!! The mattress on the bed has a low spot in the center that you can't help but roll into. Some light fixtures were missing bulbs. I could go on and I have picture proof of all this. We booked for two days but we left after the first night and got a hotel room...which was (gasp!) clean and functional. We would have left as soon as we had arrived and saw the conditions but we were tired after a 475 mile drive and couldn't deal with trying to find alternative lodging. I have done VRBO's for years and never had an issue...actually most properties were better than presented. Not this one. The pictures and description were deceptive in our opinion. Too bad VRBO doesn't offer a refund policy, especially for the "cleaning" fee. So...Nope!

This apartment was just as pictured, with some nice features. Probably best for someone with a car, since it's a bit far from public access and activities. Owner helpful and responsive.

Less than a 20 minute walk to downtown providence and it’s also located in a really cute neighborhood. the sofa bed was broken so the host had an air mattress all set up for us. i would stay again if i’m in the area!
