L'hébergement dispose d'un parking sur place, vous pouvez donc garer votre véhicule en toute tranquillité et laisser vos pieds vous porter : il y a seulement 3 min de marche jusqu'à Plage de Ventura City Beach et 9 min jusqu'à Plage publique de San Buenaventura.
Préparez un bon petit plat maison dans la cuisine équipée de tout le nécessaire : une plaque de cuisson et un réfrigérateur, mais aussi un distributeur de glaçons, des ustensiles de cuisine et des épices. Great location, cozy and tucked in. Walk to social tap and beach, short drive to Ventura speedway

Cute place! We made the small space work for us. Felt like home! Close to the beach and the fairgrounds (our destinations)

Absolutely lovely little place. Quiet and conveniently located just a few minutes walk from the beach. Well equipped kitchen area and the beds were very comfortable. No AC but didn’t need it - the nights are so cool there even in the middle of July that open windows do the trick just fine. Check in instructions were very easy to follow.

Enjoyed the house and location. Owners were very accommodating when we needed to change our dates. Only recommendation would be the use of the garage for parking. That is an issue that close to the beach. Would love to stay again.

We stayed with our 2 toddlers. The property was great and just as expected based on the listing. The only thing I’d recommend if possible would be giving renters access to one of the garages - we had a really hard time finding close parking some of the days.

Me, my husband and two dogs stayed at Pierpoint Bay for 5 nights. The location was great, but there was no designated parking. We had to find street parking which made it a little difficult for loading and unloading our car multiple times during our stay. Upon first impression, we really liked the layout, aesthetic, and patio. The interior was nicely decorated but could use more attention to cleaning. The windows and blinds were dirty and we were surprised to find dishes with smears of food remains left on it. The place got warm during the day but when we wanted to open the windows at night we found that two of the windows had no screens on them and so bugs would fly in. We did like all the amenities in the kitchen but think that a microwave should have definitely been added somewhere. This would be great vacation home for a small family or a couple of friends if the above problems were addressed.

This wonderful apartment, tucked away in a corner lot, is a hidden gem. Beautifully decorated, it offers all the comforts needed for a beach getaway. When we were needing a few extras, we contacted the guest services and they brought everything we asked for within an hour, along with a lovely bottle of wine. Excellent! Since it is located a block from the beach we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets that only Ventura can offer. We really enjoyed this lovely property and hope to stay here again.
