This is a beautiful, clean, modern home in old town Key West...what more can you ask for? This home is within walking distance of everything (restaurants, shops, and attractions). The beds were so comfortable, and the management company was organized, helpful, and communicative. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Also, the dedicated parking spot is like gold in this part of town. Highly recommend.

My husband and I took our two sons and their wives for their first visit to Key West. We fell in love with the pictures of the property. This house looks exactly as in the photos. It is clean and plenty spacious for 6 adults. The pool is not huge, but we all fit comfortably for a day of relaxing and watching football. We used the concierge service for groceries upon arrival, luggage storage and bike rentals and they were extremely friendly and accommodating. The property manager, Brian, was incredibly helpful also. He reached out to me several days in advance, was super quick to respond, gave great recommendations and was overall awesome to work with. This property was the icing on the cake of our Key West vacation!

Great property! It is 3 levels/floors and bedrooms on 2nd and 3rd floors so don’t recommend if you have problems with stairs. Otherwise perfect for family get away. Pool is in nice shady area off deck and nice fior quick dip to cool off or play with kids after hot day out. Brian was our property manager and he was very responsive. Location is perfect! Close to Duval but just far enough off to get away! Golf cart rental right across street. Mintys was awesome and made golf cart rental fast and easy and let us park cart in lot overnight and pick back up in morning which was great due to limited parking!

My husband and I traveled to Key West with our 5 children for our summer vacation. This was our second visit to KW but the first time we rented a home. The location was absolutely perfect. Walking distance from Duval and the best part is there’s a golf cart rental across the street! The home itself is clean and cozy. Exactly like the photos. The little pool was the perfect size for our little ones. The property manager was attentive and communicated well. Overall, extremely happy with our choice. Looking forward to next time!

We had a great time!! Location was perfect for walking to Duval, we were close to everything. The house was roomy for our crew, beds were comfy, very nicely decorated and clean. Backyard was the BEST, we enjoyed cooling off in the pool, hanging out on the patio & grilling! Was just missing a few things in the kitchen that we needed...but only if you plan on cooking a lot.
Overall a GREAT place, would highly recommend.

Had a wonderful stay at this townhome. We were a party of 8 adults and there was ample room for all of us. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Brian was great! Messaged us when the house was ready for check in and again at the end of our stay. Our only minor complaint was the pool area was swarming with mosquiotoes. We weren't there to spend time by the pool anyway but if we were that may have put a damper on our trip.

I visit KW 6 times a year! This house was perfect for our group of 6. Location was perfect for the use of our bikes to get around. Everything worked perfectly especially the AIR CONDITION which is important in KW. The ONLY negative which is NOT a complaint at all is that this pool gets no sunlight at anytime but is perfect to sit around and relax. Brian Yoest was a absolute gentleman as our property MGR.

We enjoyed our stay. The manager responded almost immediately to our questions. There were more stairs than we anticipated. Just a couple of suggestions: update the towels and kitchen utensils; touch up paint in master bath; install a shelf or small table in master bath to hold soap, etc. while in the shower; eliminate or get a smaller swing on the porch because it interferes with ingress and egress to front door; wall switch next to the refrigerator does not work. We enjoyed the Butterfly Museum and the aquarium.

Nice home and location for Key West. Spacious and comfortable bedrooms. Kitchen needed some updates and could have been better stocked but we were still able to cook a few meals. Pool is small but very deep. It is completely shaded though.

We had a wonderful thanksgiving week here! Comfortably slept 8 people (sofa bed was perfectly fine!). Tons of living space and a beautiful (& warm!) pool outside to use. Location was extremely walkable to tons of great shops, restaurants and bars! Brian was extremely responsive and helped us organize early check in and late check out. Great place to stay!

3 spacious bedrooms, bathrooms on each floor, comfortable, clean living room- kitchen had everything we needed (even a few extras in the cabinets) and the backyard pool was a FANTASTIC luxury after a day of sightseeing and excursions. The house is nestled back on the property so it gives a little more privacy than other rentals. The communication with the property manager was excellent and their hospitality went above and beyond. We’ve been coming to Key West once a year for about the past 10 years, and this is one of the nicest home we’ve stayed in! We will definitely be back!

We had such an awesome stay at this house. It is extremely close to everything we wanted to do but still in quiet old town so we were able to sleep soundly once we got back to our house without having anything crazy going on outside. The home was clean and had almost everything we needed. It comes with pots and pans and spoons and forks and all of the normal utensils you would expect. It included some beach chairs outback which was nice for us to take to the beach. It also included towels for the swimming pool or the beach which was also a nice touch. Everything was to our liking and the property manager was amazing the entire time. I had a question about parking and check in and as soon as I called or texted he responded immediately. One thing to note is that this property does have a lot of stairs since it’s three stories so anybody with disabilities or that isn’t good with stairs should know that. I 10/10 would recommend this property again !!
