The property used to be so beautiful, now the walls need to be painted, the jacuzzi Jets were dirty and the whole spa area was deteriorated. I was at this hotel a few years ago and it was in amazing condition, that’s why I decided to go back but I was very disappointed!

Lift worked in a weird way and would not stop in the right direction when called for. Shutters in the windows of the room did not work properly

basic facilities, no one of the staffs can speak english so if you can’t speak Spanish it can be challenging, even for checking in

Location is perfect near coffee shop and beautiful green park. Rooms very fancy and clean, I liked it a lot. Pool always available and other social areas were also available. Restaurant also good, amazing buffet breakfast. Staff very friendly. You can take a taxy or bus just in front of the hotel. It's a safe area.

Just an small thing...at the beginning it seemed like the staff saved the reservation with only part of my name and not my full name and we took some time to find out which names were under reservation. But nothing serious, at the end everything went well.

I had an incident, my reservation was cancelled due a electrical issue in the hotel. So I went to the desk and I could resolve it and keep my reservation

Good location, nice restaurant and hotel over all, but the bed for my preference was extremely hard.

Have better beds. Some people might enjoy hard mattresses, but i did not have a good sleep.

Breakfast used to be excelent, it is 😔 not so good anymore. Wine was bad, only a quarter of a bottle of white wine was available. Only one wine opener in the building, whe we wanted another bottle it took 15 minutes to retrieve opener from one of the rooms. When you request fried eggs the servers answere is: it takes at least 15 minutes to prepare. We asked for pasta with protein, the pasta sauce was sweet. Very bad food, it used to be very good before.

I though the security was a bit lax. Don’t know the security method used but there people coming and going with no checkin.

They asked me to let a Boucher of my credit card even when I had already paid for the room. After that, this credit card was mysteriously cloned. Worst experience ever.
