Plage Brick Beach 1 n'est qu'à quelques minutes à pied et Plage de Brick Beach 2 à 9 minutes, vous pouvez donc laisser votre voiture dans le parking couvert dont dispose l'hébergement.
Prenez la route du retour et accordez-vous une pause bien méritée auprès de votre petit nid pour les vacances avec une terrasse privée et une cour clôturée où boire un verre en toute tranquillité. Family and Beach.

The home was spacious and very well supplied ( rarely have I seen so many glasses/dishes and especially beach chairs ). Bedding quality was excellent. We were initially concerned about being so close to Rt 35, but it really wasn't an issue. Private beach was awesome. The only suggestion that we have is to add some hooks or towel bars to hang damp suits. Also a clothes line for towels instead of draping over the deck railings.

Was the perfect location for our family beach vacation! There was plenty of room for everyone to cook, eat and hang out. And the private beach was so quiet and beautiful. My daughter was surprised with an engagement on the beach at sunset while there -- so the weekend was extra special!! Would definitely recommend this rental and really hope we can do this again next summer! Thanks for everything Claudio.

Low stress, property was just as advertised, close to beach, great vacation

We had an amazing experience with this property. We had an extended family getaway for a week in august 2022 with 8 adults and 4 kids. The house is beautiful (and much larger than the pictures imply). The kitchen table could comfortably seat all of us. There was a spacious great room and living room so people had different places to go.
The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean.
The private beach was very clean and not crowded.
Claudio was responsive and attentive to our needs.
We would absolutely book again and recommend this house.

We had a great vacation! The house was well equipped with plenty of amenities, so many beach chairs. The listing should have mentioned the total amount then we would not have to bring our own. For the size of the house a second fridge would have been perfect along with some nice comfy outdoor furniture instead of the plastic chairs on the second deck .The outdoor table & bbq was perfect

My family and I very much enjoyed staying at this home. The home was clean and spacious , perfect for our parents and children. The private beach was clean and quiet with guards nearby. The owners were lovely and responsive. What a great stay !

Claudio was a wonderful host. He responded immediately regarding any questions we had. The house was neat and clean. The location was wonderful. Easy to get to the beach or to nearby restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

The Perfect Place for Family Beach Vacation
We had a fantastic week! I met my brothers and their families and my parents 80, 86 here for a week at the beach. The location is ideal with the beach being across the street. Beach was quiet and not crowded even during July 4th. The house was well stocked and the space worked well. There are 2 living room spaces which was ideal for a large group. We grilled several nights and the kitchen is set up well. Claudio was a great host and was very responsive. I would highly recommend and we would consider coming back next year!
